Great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo in the perfect location with ocean front property. It was within walking distance of Akumal beach and Yal Ku Cenote. We enjoyed some snorkeling in the bay. Large amounts of sargassum washed up along the shore daily, in different areas along the bay, but continuous efforts were made to clean it off the beaches. It was a relaxing and beautiful place to holiday and we would definitely go back.

Reviewer Comments: We were 3 and stayed at a 2 room apartment, it’s nicely decorated and really clean, you have all what you need to cook The apartment is in front of the beach The beach feels exclusive, you don’t need to go somewhere else, just bring yourself and a towel to the beachThe beach is a bit rocky, I recommend to use “shoes”

Amazing sunrises from the balcony

We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning. The view is spectacular! The location is fine. About a 20 minute walk from the main part of town. There is a little convenience store that is good for snacks or ice cream very close and a nice breakfast restaurant (we didn't eat there, but got coffee and smoothies) close by. It is also walking distance to Yal-ku (great snorkeling). The space is well laid out and they provide water and will bring a refill whenever you need it. The downside: this could be the case for all places on the beach in Akumal. The wind was so strong and loud, it sounded like someone was vacuuming upstairs all of the time. The water pressure wasn't great. And there was not a spatula in the kitchen. Overall, we had a great visit.

Akumal only short stay

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place, beach front, very clean, comfy, with beach towels, hair dryer and hot water for the shower.I would've like to have some ground of instant coffee and sugar to enjoy it, before we go to the store and buy everything.But everything else was really nice to wake up for the sunrise and enjoy it from our balcony. Loved it.
