Villa Giò is a completely renovated farmhouse inserted in a luxuriant nature of plants and flowers.
A few steps from the center of Cappella Maggiore and only 8 kilometers from the city of Vittorio Veneto, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Eastern Veneto.
The strategic position of this villa allows you to reach and visit the most important cities of Veneto, such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Treviso and of course Venice in a maximum of one hour by car. The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, are 1 hour away by car.
The villa is composed of:

A family celebration

This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday.

Außenbereich ist sehr gut.

Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet, betten waren auch ok. Die neue sommerküche ist super, großer kühlschrank, herd mit induktionskochfeld. Der pool natürlich das highlight. Waren im haus eigentlich nur zum schlafen und im Bad. Mücken waren ärgerljch, aber dafür kann die vermieterin ja nichts

Wunderschön, aber einige Beeinträchtigungen

Die Anlage war schön und großzügig, vor allem auch der große überdachte Außenbereich. Der Pool war neuwertig und gepflegt. Zimmer und Bäder waren sauber. Verwalterin Susanna war nett, jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich bemüht zu helfen. Negativ war, dass von den acht vorhandenen Poolliegen zwei kaputt waren, und dass es mehrfach zu Stromausfällen kam. Die Sicherung sprang raus, wenn man mehr als zwei Kochfelder nutzte. In der Beschreibung wurde ein Whirlpool angegeben, der nicht vorhanden war. Der Grillplatz hat keinen Rost zum Auflegen.Die WIFI gibt es nur in Logga, weil Passwort vom Router im Wohnzimmer vom Haus falsch war. Nervig war der Baulärm vom angrenzenden Gebäudeteil (Bagger, Presslufthammer, Betonmischer, ...) werktäglich von 7.15 Uhr bis ca. 18.00 Uhr. Über die Baustelle wurden wir leider vorab nicht informiert. Trotz unserer mehrfachen Beschwerden bei der Vermieterin änderte sich leider nichts. Die Vermieterin entschuldigte sich, fühlte sich jedoch machtlos. Sie gewährte einen kleinen Preisnachlass.

We have been renting the villa for 20 years and this is the first two star review. The only thing we share is the fact of noise. Noises due to a big problem with the neighbor who, rudely, intervened without informing us and did not suspend the work despite our reminders. As for the other complaints: 1) two broken sunbeds: there were two defects that were not visible and in any case they were replaced. 2) Power cuts: if you use: oven, washing machine, induction hob and the pool pump is running at the same time, even if you have 6.6 kw (as the villa is equipped with) it is normal for there to be problems with the circuit breaker. 3) Barbecue: it was useless to explain that it is not a charcoal barbecue equipped with a shelf to raise the grill. It is a real fireplace that can work with both wood and charcoal and it is sufficient to raise the grate, equipped with feet, with the blocks available. 4) Hydromassage tub: there is not, there has never been and above all it is not present in the villa's amenities. 5) Wi fi: Wi fi works throughout the villa, it is no coincidence that we manage the programming of the thermostat, located in the living room remotely, using the same connection. All these complaints had already been explained and resolved by Mrs. Susanna. Unfortunately, the fact that it rained the entire week certainly affected the mood but does not justify a two-star review. Patience. In any case we compensated part of the stay. The only positive note is that it was impossible not to point out that the villa was spacious, clean, with a beautiful, large swimming pool, and that the welcome was excellent.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen und kann als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Ausflüge genutzt werden. Der große Pool und der Aussenbereich bieten sehr viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Die Küche des Hauses ist etwas klein, wenn für eine größere Gruppe gekocht werden soll. Die Verwalterin hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war stets erreichbar. Nach einem Unwetter ist das Internet für mehrere Tage ausgefallen. Das Problem konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes trotz großer Bemühungen durch die Verwalterin nicht behoben werden.

Überdachte Terasse ist Highlight des Hauses

Ein schönes Haus in der Italienischen Provinz, dass sich durch seine alleinstehende Lage gut für große Gruppen eignet, bei denen es auch mal lauter werden darf. Zum Haus innen: Zimmer sind sauber, Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet, der Esstisch drin ist für 14 Personen definitiv zu klein. Zum Highlight des Hauses: Die überdachte Terasse mit großem Esstisch und Sofas. Hier haben wir uns die allermeiste Zeit aufgehalten und die Zeit genossen. Der riesige Pool darf natürlich auch nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Ein sehr gutes Haus für große Gruppen bei schönem Wetter.

Tolles Haus mit tollem Pool!

Wir haben zu zehnt eine grandiose Woche verbracht. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Der Innenhof und speziell der Pool sind eine Sensation! Aufgrund der Lage kann es auch mal etwas lauter zugegen. Das ist kein Problem. Suzana war sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber. Selbst der Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gesäubert. Top Empfehlung!!

Een grandioze locatie.

Niet alleen een grandioze maar ook een perfecte locatie met dito faciliteiten. Zelfs de kleine keuken voldeed prima om daarin elke dag weer het uitgebreide diner te bereiden voor het elftal "cyclisti". Na een dag fietsen maakten we ook steeds weer gebruik van het fantastische zwembad voor een verfrissende duik. De avonden waren steeds gezellig op het riante terras met groot afdak. We maakten ook graag gebruik van de aanwezige spelfaciliteiten zoals tafeltennistafel en tafelvoetbalspel zodat ook de avonden actief werden gebruikt voor de nodige ontspanning. De slaapgelegenheden en ook de sanitaire voorzieningen voldeden ruimschoots aan de verwachtingen. Daarnaast werden we voortreffelijk opgevangen door de "host" Susanna die ons op verzoek hielp waar nodig en steeds snel en accuraat reageerde op vragen onzerzijds. Kortom: in alle opzichten een voortreffelijke en aan te bevelen locatie, ook voor grotere groepen.

Alleinstehendes Haus mit großem Pool

Wir waren mit 13 Personen im Alter zwischen 20 und 30 vor Ort. Das Haus: Bäder waren neu renoviert (Schöner als auf den Fotos). Schlafzimmer sind für den Preis angemessen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Viele Teller, Besteck, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Gläser…). Es gab insgesamt 3 Kühlschränke mit reichlich Platz für Essen, Getränke und auch viel Platz im Gefrierfach. Der Grill ist sehr groß und hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Aufenthaltsraum hat uns auch sehr begeistert (Kicker, Spiele, Tischtennis, Fernseher). Leider hatten wir manchmal einige Ameisen, Fliegen usw. im Haus. Im Haus war es teilweise sehr warm (keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern). Es waren aber ein paar Ventilatoren vor Ort. Die Terasse: Sie ist kompetent neu eingerichtet. (neue moderne Sofas und Stühle) Der Pool: Das Highlight des Hauses!! 6 auf 14m Größe. 1,2 bis 2,8m tief. Wir konnten ohne Probleme am Haus/Pool lauter Musik hören weil die Nachbarn weit weg sind. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Susanna war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auch Restaurant und Supermarkt-Empfehlungen von ihr bekommen. Ruhige Lage und großzügiger Außenbereich

Wir waren ein Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen zum Radurlaub in Venetien. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns an der Unterkunft die ruhige Lage und der sehr großzügige Außenbereich. Vor allem den sauberen, großen Pool und den schattigen Loungebereich konnten wir sehr gut nutzen. Die vor Ort Betreuung von Susanna war sehr gut. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, Buchungen durchgeführt und war immer für uns erreichbar.

Rustikales Bauernhaus mit großem Pool

Wir waren eine Woche im Familienurlaub dort. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Leider gab es ein paar Sachen, die wir im Vorhinein gern gewusst hätten, wie beispielsweise keine Fliegengitter und viele Ameisen, Spinnen und kleine Tiere im Haus. Wir haben uns Ameisenfallen und Spray gekauft. Hier hätte man etwas besser reinigen können im Vorhinein... auch der Wasserdruck war ab und zu schlecht. Ansonsten ist es ein wirklich schönes Anwesen und der Pool wird 1x in der Woche gereinigt.

Very spacious and a fantastic outdoor area

We were a group of 7 people (all between 20 and 21 years old) and have spent one week here. The house and the outdoor area are very big, so we definitely had more than enough space. We especially enjoyed the fantastic outdoor area with the ping-pong table, the comfortable lounge and dining area and of course the pool! The house is located in a quiet area and the nearest neighbours are quiet far away. The nearest supermarket is only one kilometer away, but this one is not so big, but there is a big supermarket only 5 kilometers away from the house. We also visited Venice for one day which is at a distance of around 70 kilometers. So, we really enjoyed the great outdoor area of the house and the region where it is located and had a very great stay here!

Tolles Haus

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und überdachtem Sofa- und Essbereich sind einfach unschlagbar. Das Haus selbst ist schön groß, die Zimmer sauber und relativ kühl, die Bäder ebenfalls völlig in Ordnung. Die Küche ist etwas klein und war nicht ganz so sauber und ordentlich, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten - darüber konnten wir im Gesamtpaket aber hinwegschauen. Susanna, unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war so toll. Hilfsbereit, freundlich, und immer ansprechbar. Sie hat einen großartigen Job gemacht! Vielen Dank für eine tolle Zeit.

Boligen var godt udgangspunkt for oplevelser. Susanna var meget hjælpsom hostess. Pool, værelser, bad fungerede perfekt. Et stort plus at både håndklæder og sengetøj er til rådighed. Køkkenet er lille til 14 mennesker. Affaldssortering er alt for småt dimensioneret. Grill er et ildsted - havde forventet en grill til gas eller briketter. Bordtennisbord er ramponeret og med vandskade. Bordfodbold er super. Rigtig god og dejlig overdækket terrasse med både spiseplads og loungeområde. Aktivitetsrum med legeredskaber bør opdateres og være mere rengjort. Billederne signalerer større eksklusivitet end virkeligheden. Børnefamilierne efterspurgte røgalarmer. Det vil være en stor hjælp, hvis man konkret beskriver, hvornår og hvordan affaldstømning finder sted, udstyrer stedet med store affaldsbeholdere og angiver hvornår pool-manden kommer.
