Spacious, renovated 1 bdrm/1 bath condo! Walk to beaches, shopping, restaurants!

Kihei Alii Kai is a "HOTEL ZONED" complex (not affected by the possible STVR ban) & is perfectly located in sunny Kihei, close to the beaches, restaurants, and shopping, but far enough away to relax and experience the tranquility of Maui’s beauty.

This spacious 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished, with a beautifully remodeled kitchen, bathroom, and upgraded appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and appliances you’ll need to create your favorite island meals. New floors were installed in August 2024 (no more carpet!)! Dining on the lanai while enjoying the cool island breeze is a must! The bedroom comes equipped with a comfortable Cal-King bed, a flat screen TV with cable, and an assortment of blankets, pillows, linens, and towels.

If needed, there is air conditioning available in the living room/kitchen area as well as a portable AC in the bedroom, or you can open the windows and allow the cross breeze to cool you down. There is WiFi, Cable/Smart TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a telephone with complimentary, unlimited long distance calls within the US & Canada.

Take a 2 minute walk to some of the best beaches in Kihei, famous for their white sand & crystal clear water. Some of the best snorkeling on the island is located in Kihei, Wailea, & nearby Makena. There are Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, Boogie Boards, small cooler, & other beach items available in the condo.
For pickleball enthusiasts, there is a private court in the complex that is complimentary for guests. Full-size gas grills are conveniently located next to the pickleball court as well as the pool and Jacuzzi area! There's also a sauna 2 floors below! There’s plenty of fun to be had on Maui, but if its rest & relaxation you’re looking for, it’s available right here at Kihei Alii Kai, unit #C301.

This condo is managed by a couple who has lived on Maui since 1974, & knows the island and what it has to offer extremely well! They also live less than 5 minutes away, and are available to help make your vacation a memorable one! Give us a call or email us for additional information!

Condo was clean, and the complex is very quiet. Enjoyed the snacks that were provided for our arrival. Thoughtful touch. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs provided. Definitely a plus. It is a maze of steps to get to the room, and the complex is on a slope, so be prepared to walk. Would not recommend this location if guests have mobility issues. Also, the A/C in the bedroom was noisy. This might be a problem for light sleepers.

We had a great time

Rachael and her husband were great hosts. They were very responsive and always willing to help answer any questions that we had. The apt was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Even better, the apt was just a few minutes walk to the beach and good restaurants. If you need beach gears, chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler were also available to use. Would stay here again if we are back!

Beautiful Kihei

First Rachel is wonderful, always responds quickly, provides little extras like a welcome basket of goodies and helpful tips for our vacation. The condo is lovely, clean and has everything you need. Good location and close to beach, local activities and restaurants. My only reason for the one 4 is that although the manager mentioned a hike from elevator to condo she didn’t mention several flights of stairs and I have a torn meniscus so that was a bit tough on a daily basis. But if you don’t have any mobility issues then this is the place for you!! After surgery and rehab I’d definitely go back. Mahalo Rachel Definitely recommend

Our stay in this condo was over all amazing!!! Since the day I booked Rachel was so helpful. I got a reply with our confirmation in less that 24 hours and was contacted by Rachel to make sure we had all the information that we needed. When we arrived to the lovely condo we were impressed by the great condition and decor of the place and by the welcome note we found. It was such comfortable place to stay it felt like home, it was also a very convenient location with lots of things to do close by and the beach just a 5 minute walk away.

Rachel, we really enjoyed this clean inviting condo. Private but in the heart of Kihei. Air conditioned and a great kitchen for cooking up our meals. Loved the walk-in shower plus having a washer and dryer. The view from the lanai was my favorite morning coffee spot. Parking was easy and ample. A short walk to the great beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Easy access to all main highways and short drives to all that Maui offers. Rachel, I gave myself a gold star for finding your little gem!

Glimpse of Maui Paradise

Amazing location and views of the beach and sunsets from the lanai. Waking up listening to birds sing while my wife and I sipped on our Maui Coffee listening to the waves. Rachel is a fabulous host, condo is well prepped for good beach times with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, beach towels. Enjoy a game of pickle ball, and a swim in the pool. Nice Rain shower and handheld shower with great water pressure. The kitchen was updated compared to the bed and bath and came with everything you need. Bed was comfy soft, although I like firm I still slept well. We could easily live here all year! “Somewhere over the rainbow… dreams really do come true.”

Great condo -- would definitely recommend!!

This condo is modern, well-equipped, immaculate with lots of space and is in a wonderful central location. You can walk a block to eat (lots of restaurants within walking distance, buy groceries (ABC store), shop, or to cross the street to the beach (Kamaole Beach I). The condo has all the amenities and there are beach chairs and boogie boards as well as other beach equipment. Beach towels are provided too. We were on the go all of the time so didn’t have a chance to enjoy the big screen TV or the blu ray player. The lanai is nice with lots of space to sit out and relax. The pool is large, and both it and the hot tub are well maintained. There are nice big grills in a couple of areas of the complex, and many people were making use of those. Lots of parking so you never have to worry about finding a space even coming back late in the evening. Rachel was wonderful to work with and was always very responsive to questions prior to our trip and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would rent it again if we return to Maui!!

Amazing Condo Don’t Hesitate To Book!

We had a great time booking Rachel’s condo. She was extremely attentive to any issues we had and they were resolved pretty quickly. Her unit was very big compared to our last condo we stayed in Hawaii so that was awesome to find out. The sauna downstairs also came in handy to wind down after a long day as well as the pool/jacuzzi! I’m a very hot sleeper so the A/C fan combo in the bedroom was an absolute game changer and very much appreciated. I really hope to book Rachel’s condo again soon. A small recommendation would be possibly adding an Apple TV in the living room. I ended up purchasing one and having it shipped there since I left mine at home. It’s not necessary, but just convenient and nice to be able to unwind after a long day and be able to view my content from Netflix or Disney + before bed. I’m sure your future guests would very much appreciate it. Other than that everything was fantastic 10/10 experience. Thank you Rachel for being a wonderful host and we can’t wait to be back soon.

Perfect place for a family

I will start by saying that Rachel is an amazing host. She reached out days before out check-in date to ensure that we had all the information, even offered to allow us to check-in early if the place was ready. We were there for a baseball tournament and she had a small care package on the table as we walked - so absolutely thoughtful and won over our kids immediately. It was a great welcome to our stay.Now for the actual place:Location: Just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park and not even a 5 minute walk from few shops and restaurants. Unit: The unit is updated, spacious, and is perfect for a family of 4. It had everything we needed for a 4 day stay and the bed was very comfortable.Amenities: The place provides everything you need for a day at the beach so no need to bring your own. Pool was always accessible and not too busy. I do want to point out that there is an elevator but you do have to use stairs to get to the unit. It wasn't an issue for us but may be something to consider if using the stairs may be challenging for you.Overall, it's a great option to explore Kihei and an even greater host.

Beautiful condo and llocation

The condo was very clean, warm and welcoming. Enjoyed having our coffee in the lanai. The kitchen was well stocked. Rachel, mgr, checked up on us to see if we needed anything. It is on the 3rd floor but we didn’t mind, it was part of our daily exercise. We had a delightful vacation.

Great location!

Kihei Alii Kai was a great experience overall. We love the location, that's why we picked it. The Kamaole one beach is a short walk down the street, and we love that beach.The bbq and pool are just a quick walk down the stairs and you can see right out the door if the bbq is busy and ready to use as we do a lot of cooking at home on holidays.The patio is quite large, we used it everyday for coffee, lunch and supper. It's never full on sun so it's easy to sit out there without roasting.The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, although there could be steak knives and plastic serving platters for outdoor bbqing. A few plastic wine glasses for pool area would be welcoming.We loved the bathroom shower!Thank you Rachel for your awesome hosting! We'll be back.

Great place to stay close to beautiful beach

The condo is located up the road from a beautiful beach with all equipment you need to enjoy it, e.g. beach chairs, boogie boards, sun umbrella etc. in a box on the balcony from which the ocean is partially visible. We didn't use the pool or hot tub which looked very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our 4 days and had a wonderful time. timedenjoyed the

Nur kleine Macken!

Super Lage,tolle Unterkunft, naher schöner Strand, Umfeld klasse, aber: man muss ca. 20 Treppenstufen steigen, um ins Loft zu kommen, Betten sehr weich ( durchgelegen?), tlw. Baulärm in Anlage weil Privatlofts modernisiert werden.
