Apartment inside an old farm in the heart of the Dolomites, in Colle Santa Lucia, a village with ancient traditions linked to Ladin customs, traditions and culture, located at the foot of the Giau Pass along the path of the Marathon of the Dolomites, in a panoramic position.
The apartment has 4 beds, consists of kitchen / living room with 2 beds, 1 bedroom with double bed (it is possible to add a single bed), bathroom with shower, private outdoor parking. Services: TV-SAT, free Wi-FI, washing machine, microwave, American coffee machine, sheets and towels. The decor is simple in a rustic style.
Ideal for winter holidays, we are close to the ski lifts of the Dolomiti Superski area: Skicivetta, Lagazuoi 5 Torri, 25 min from Arabba (sellaronda).
Ideal for summer holidays, we are close to the 5 Torri, the Tofane, the Nuvolau, Mount Pelmo, the Civetta, the Marmolada, excellent location for bike rides and mountain bike excursions, or for relaxing days surrounded by greenery and nature of the Dolomites.

Graziosa casetta ristrutturata

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento posto al pian terreno come punto di partenza per le nostre escursioni. L’appartamento è ristrutturato e accessoriato, e comprende anche uno spazio esterno privato dove trascorrere piacevoli momenti di tranquillità. Nelle vicinanze si trova parcheggio gratuito, piccolo mini market e un ottimo ristorante pizzeria.

Heerlijk verblijf midden in de Dolomieten

Het appartement bleek iets ruimer dan we hadden gedacht en ipv een slaapbank bleken er 2 normale bedden in de woonkamer te staan. Dit vonden wij erg prettig. Alle bedden lagen heerlijk en voor de verandering ook goeie kussens. Qua locatie was het ook perfect.

.Cet appartement est très agréable ,propre et bien aménagé. Très belle vue sur le village et les montagnes. La supérette du village est bien pratique et sympathique. Bien situé également pour les randonnées dans les Dolomites. Maurizio est accueillant et à l'écoute, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Very comfortable property in a dream location!!

We were absolutely floored by the beautiful location--Colle Santa Lucia is just breathtaking. The apartment wasn't perfect for the three (plus a baby) of us. It was remodeled and very comfortable. Beautiful wood furniture and details makes the place feel very alpine. Our bed was the most comfortable of all our accommodations in Italy. The bathroom was large and redone with a rain shower head. It had a washing machine and a drying rack. The windows were great for letting fresh air in and the one in the main room has a perfect view of the chapel and mountains. We especially enjoyed the terrace that looks out over the mountains and valley. The table and covered gazebo made picnics and dinners wonderful out there. You can walk to the local alimentari (small market) for all the essentials. You can also easily walk into town and to the Church. We highly recommend visiting the church for Sunday Mass--they had a schola choir and the church itself was beautiful. Maurizio was a grey host and helped us settle in and gave us recommendations for dinner and directions for the tourist office. The kitchen was well stocked but you'll have to pick up some things like olive oil, etc. which wasn't a big deal for us. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Colle Santa Lucia in the future!
