authentic Tuscan farmhouse with panoramic views over the Val di Pesa

The farmhouse "Galletti" farm belonging to the farm "Fonte Bugliana", is located in the Chianti Colli Fiorentini area, 1.5 km from the village of San Quirico in Collina, a hamlet of Montespertoli, in a particularly panoramic position with view over the Val di Pesa. The house has maintained the original subdivision: is on two floors connected by a stone staircase.
On the ground floor are the large kitchen, with a huge fireplace, and a communal living room. On the first floor there are instead three large rooms. Each room has its own toilet.
The materials (terracotta floors, windows made of cypress wood, the roof with terracotta and wood warping) are the original ones. In front of the house there is a large courtyard paved in stone, with a well.
The price includes utilities (water, electricity, gas), the endowment of linen (sheets, towels) and final cleaning.
During the winter season the cost of riscldamento is extra (according to consumption)
