The PET FEE is $125 - a maximum of 1 small dog 25 LBS and must be approved by the owner. No central AC.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AC UNITS IN EACH BEDROOM JUNE-SEPTEMBER.
No unauthorized early check in or out's. Unauthorized check in costs $75/hour so please abide house rules.
