Stone house in the heart of the Cévennes, ideal for recharging your batteries

South of the corniche of Cevennes and Lozere, at the top of a ridge, dominating the Cevennes valleys and its various roaches, the chain of Mont Aiguail and that of Mont Lozère.
Discover this Cévenol house, inside these bizarre chestnut beams, these small windows, these thick walls.
It is located in the heart of the hamlet of Saint Roman de Tousque quiet and quiet away from the national road.
These magnificent landscapes with its chestnut groves, these sunrise.
It is a hard region and steep geographically.
Many hiking trails
      In good weather we can distinguish the Alps
      In the hamlet there is a small local and family market on Wednesday morning.

In the House :
          On the ground floor:
                      Access to a garage to store bikes or others, parking space in front of the house.
First floor:
                      A terrace with front door giving on a big dining room (television, buffet, wall cupboard), chimney with insert, on each side a stone bench.
Small lounge (a sofa, an armchair, a small slate saloon table).
Mounted wooden staircase giving access to the rooms.
Large kitchen equipped (Fridge, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, raclette, iron and ironing board, spit roaster).
Bathroom with bath, also acting shower, Washbasin
                   Separate toilet.
2nd floor:
                  A large hall. with an old cabinet, a table. Possibility to extend laundry.
A bedroom with a double bed (140), a wardrobe, a sofa a small table, two bedside tables with bedside lamp.
A second bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90) with a dresser.
We can also put at your disposal a cot, a high chair, a changing table (see photos)

      Visits and activities possible
     Many hiking trails from the hamlet. Others a little further furrow the Cevennes National Park, some can be done on foot, bike or horseback.
