30 minutes from Bastia, on the east coast of Cap Corse, this very comfortable villa of 117 m2, is ideal to spend your holidays in the Cap Corse, in any season: air conditioning, fireplace, quiet and 5 minutes from the sea. beach (by car), equipped with new, functional. You will also have a pleasant and large semi covered terrace with panoramic views of the maquis and the sea, facing east towards the Island of Elba.

You can also enjoy the seasonal vegetables grown in the small garden, which are available to vacationers.

The house has a large living / dining room of over 40 m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bed of 140 and one with 2 beds of 90), a bathroom, independent WC and a utility room. Another room (with a bed 140) with bathroom and toilet is located on the ground floor with separate entrance.

Garden 600 m2 fenced and secure. Closed garage.

Facilities: air conditioning in all rooms (living / dining room and bedrooms), wifi, television, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plancha, hair dryer, cot and high chair for baby, alarm ...

The Villa "Casa Mea" was renovated and equipped to nine in June 2016. All furniture, bedding, appliances, dishes, linens are new.
The kitchen and the bathroom upstairs were redone in late 2016 and a door was installed to separate the garage from the room on the ground floor.

Villa for 6 people. No pets allowed.

Compulsory cleaning fee € 80 to be paid on the spot. For a stay of 3 nights, cleaning fee of 45 €.

Horseback riding is also available not far from the beach. You'II experience a complete change of scenery in this corner of Cap Corse, which provides a sense of tranquility and allows you to recharge your batteries.
