50 m2 apartment on the ground floor of a 2-storey house.
The apartment has a living room with splendid sea view with kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and excellent supply of pots, dishes for 6 and various kitchen accessories), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom bed with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
In front of the entrance, a completely sea view terrace of 40 m2 with table, chairs, deck chairs and umbrella.
Parking is next to the house. Only one car can be parked.
IMPORTANT: the road to reach the property from the nearby village of Montaretto is narrow, steep and unpaved for 800 meters. It does not present any particular problems and can be traveled with any car, just drive slowly. Before booking I recommend you watch the video you find on YouTube looking for the words Poggio and Salice

Fantastische Aussicht

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die ligurische Steilküste ist wunderschön, hinzu kommen zahlreiche malerische Sonnenuntergänge. Von Salice aus ist von Genua bis Pisa die Gegend gut zu erreichen, nicht nur die Cinque Terre. Ein schöner Wanderweg geht direkt am Haus vorbei.

Zwischen Himmel und Meer

Wundervolle Lage, mitten in der Natur, weiter Blick übers Meer, gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, große Terrasse. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Anfahrt hinunter von Montaretto über den etwas problematischen Feldweg. Die Betreuung vor Ort war prima, falls ein Problem aufgetaucht wäre, hätten wir sofort durch Marco Hilfe gehabt.

Peaceful stunning location

Mario was a perfect host, the villa is in a stunning beautiful and isolated but in hiking distance from the most special coves where we snorkelled and swam. We also walked to the nearby villages of Bonassola and up to Montaretto. The villa was also perfect with all the facilities we could need. We had a very special and memorable stay. Thank you Marco.

Magnifique endroit situé dans un hameau en-dessous de Montaresso. Côté super sympathique, très accueillant et disponible. On s'est régalé chaque jour de la vue de la terrasse.

Incredible Views

Marco is a wonderful host! He speaks English very well with a wonderful since of humor. The house is immaculate. Everything you could need is provided. Traumhafte Lage

Trotz schlechten Wetters haben wir eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig und für Wanderer ist es ein Paradies! Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet und in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Wohn- Essraum ist groß und hell, die Schlafzimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Traumhaft ist der Blick von der großen Terrasse, die man sich mit der Nachbarwohnung teilt (mit Blumenkübeln abgegrenzt). Marco wohnt im Haus und ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann gleich vom Haus aus schöne Touren unternehmen und die Cinque Terre sind auch nicht weit. Der Fahrweg zum Haus ist abenteuerlich: ca. 1km, sehr steil, überwiegend Schotter bzw. mit Buckeln. Mit tiefergelegten Wagen oder mit großem Wendekreis wird man Probleme bekommen. Man kann das Auto aber auch im Dorf Montaretto parken, dann sind es 15 Min. zu Fuß zum Haus. Zum Einkaufen: das Nötigste gibt´s in Montaretto, Supermarkt in Levanto (8 km). Wir können das Quartier nur empfehlen!

Un havre de paix

Merci à Marco pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses précieux renseignements, qui plus est dans un français irréprochable. L'appartement est très confortable, la terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. N'oublions pas de faire référence à la petite épicerie du village qui offre des produits locaux de qualité. Attention, cela se mérite puisqu'il vous faudra parcourir les quatre kilomètres aller-retour d'un chemin pierreux et en pente raide. Une fatigue ma foi bien vite oubliée lorsque l'on retrouve l'appartement et la sérénité des lieux.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!!

My family and I were SO lucky to get to stay at Poggio del Salice!! Marco was just WONDERFUL, helpful, SO informative about the whole area, which is remarkable in itself. The Willow Tree is literally on one of the more popular green trails that goes from Framura to Bonassola. The view was breathtaking from the lovely porch that was off of the main living/kitchen area through beautiful wood french doors. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless. Plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy yummy meals. Getting to Poggio del Salice is a fun adventure as well (there is a youtube video that helps describe the road/drive). It rests just below the pretty town of Montaretto, a quick 15 minute walk up the road, it has a delicious restaurant that we enjoyed very much. If you like to hike and swim Marco's home is the best place in the area. We hiked to Levanto then rented bikes and road along the exempt train tracks through the cool tunnels to Framura and back. Just below the house is a secluded cove that was perfect for jumping and swimming, it was a 30 minute hike but worth every step!! The food, wine and foccacia bread in the area is just beyond exceptional. We can't wait to go back!! Thank you Marco for sharing such a special place with all of us.

A place to stay

Marco is a wonderful knowledgeable host with. His very nice apartment in his house has a truly breathtaking view onto the sea. If you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature next to a trekking track, it´ll be THE PLACE TO STAY.
