Ok for summer, not for winter
It`s a nice place, best enjoyed during summer.
The property is excellent
Great place to stay excellent condition and everything that you need to make you stay good
Our family was very pleased with our stay in Kiti. Nice small neighborhood close to the airport and Larnaka.
Great pool area, parking space under a roof, nice balcony. Apartment was quite spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms.
The only thing that bothered us were small ants in the kitchen area and bathroom. We had no information on that beforehand. Dish washing liquid and toilet cleaning in the apartment would be nice so you don’t have to buy big bottles yourself.
Very nice flat in lovely location.
Very good holiday would use again
Close to airport. Best with hire car to explore the island You do hear the planes departing. But did not distract from a lovely holiday. Host was really helpful. Flat clean with a host of amenities. Thanks. Harry
All you need for family fun with sun.
Apartment 103 good for a family with a great view of the swimming pool. Plenty to entertain children and adults alike with games and films.
Lovely apartment, spacious and roomie in a great location!
This apartment was better than expected! Lovely rooms, comfy beds, good size bathrooms (1en suite) and easy maintained kitchen. We were there for 3 weeks end of March and beginning of April, slightly out of season, but a good time to go as you get the pool to yourselves pretty much and your choice of loungers to chase the sun!
Arrived and it was spotlessly clean and had been aired - so no stuffy smells - all the beds made up and we could just walk in, dump our stuff and start our holiday. Wish I had asked about a welcome pack - but the shops are very near and a great welcome guide directed to the nearby shops and food. The instructions were fantanstic and easy to follow - really is 10-12 mins from the airport! And 20-25 mins from fini beach!
Harry is great and Dean and Angie were amazing! We had extra cleaning cos we wanted it and they are very reasonable.
Harry - thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment and we will be in contact to stay again soon
Kiti lies just a 10 minute drive away from Larnaca Town and the Airport and a 5 minute drive away from the local blue flag sandy beaches near Pervolia and is a perfect all year around location that offers visitors a taste of the real Cyprus. A relaxing sun drenched break is guaranteed and visitors can spend their days by the pool or beach and their evenings sampling the local Cypriot culture or use Kiti as a base for exploration and adventure seeking. There are a full range of local amenities and these include a 24 hour convenience store, chemist, internet cafe, children's park, supermarkets, banks, bakeries, petrol station, doctors’ surgery, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants with take-away facilities, scooter and quad-bike hire and some excellent local bars and traditional tavernas. Nearby places of interest include the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angeloktisti Church with its rare 6th century Byzantine mosaics and its annual August street festival and the pedestrian zone in Pervolia

Golf: The Vikla golf and country near Limassol is just a 15 minute drive away and offers casual visitors day passes which includes club hire, balls and tees as does the world famous golf courses of Paphos which are just a 40 minute drive away. A day golfing in either Limassol or Paphos can easily be combined with sight seeing and both towns offer a whole host of archaeological attractions. Limassol is the largest coastal resort on the island and has a number of golden sandy beaches and plays host to the largest annual wine festival during September. The Limassol castle can also be visited as well as the Curium Amphitheatre which lies just off of the road towards Paphos. Limassol also offers a wide variety of watersports and is also well known for its snorkelling, fishing and wreck diving sites as well as its vibrant nightlife. Paphos is said to be the birth place of the goddess of love, Aphrodite and was the Roman capital of Cyprus, so boasts the most impressive Roman remains as well as the House of Dionysos, ancient harbour castle and the Tombs of the Kings. Paphos also offers some impressive coastal views and is very picturesque. The capital city Nicosia is only a 20 minute drive away and you can cross the famous “green line” into the Turkish occupied northern part of the city for the day. Nicosia also offers visitors a chance for visitors to peer into the buffer zone which separates the island.
Ski: During the winter, the snows of Mount Olympus make for excellent snowboarding and skiing and there are a total of 4 slopes available. There are 2 beginners slopes, 1 intermediate and 1 advanced slope and casual day passes are generally available along with equipment hire and ski and snowboarding lessons. A trip to the Troodos Mountains also provides keen walkers with many nature trails and designated picnic sites that offer stunning panoramic views of the whole island. Jeep safaris are great way to travel through the mountains and snake their way up winding mountain roads that take you through many villages. The villages of Cyprus each offer their own unique specialties and traits to visitors and one such village is Lefkara, famous for its local lace and filigree silverware. Stavrovouni is another with its dramatically perched monastery on the peak of a mountain. The Caledonian Falls as well as the monastery of Kykkos can be found at the summit and is also worth a visit.
