About this property
Beautiful 1bd In the Mountains on the outskirts of Albuquerque
Literally in the mountains on the edge of Albuquerque, this cozy fully furnished 1 bedroom is an attached apartment with its own private garage and patio. Sandia Mountain hiking trails start right out the back door, while still being within 20 minutes of downtown Albuquerque. Our nearest neighbors are 500 feet away and all around us are stunning vistas of the city and incredible views of the mountains. If you love being in the wilderness, this is the most secluded place you will find on the west side of the mountain. And for our summer guests, escape the heat in the higher altitude. Please note: For our winter guests, from December 15 through February 28 I require 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles to be a guest. Exceptions will be made in warmer winter weather.

About the host
Hosted by Owner / Property Manager

My wife Olivia and I, plus our sons Bodhi and Arlo are happy to be hosts to people from around the world. I am currently a general contractor and my wife is a sign language interpreter. I grew up near Chicago and moved to Albuquerque in 2003 where I performed in a theater group for 12 years until recently starting my contracting business. Olivia moved to Albuquerque in 2003 as well and after attending UNM began here career as an interpreter. We met at a coffee shop where we were both working and were married 7 years later.
