Large apartment 180 m2 large terraces overlooking the sea, fully furnished modern cons. chillout area sunroom, dining table and chairs in the open terrace. Sea views, communal pool, garden, playground, tennis, soccer, ping pong, petanque. Large terrace with an open area and a conservatory, large lounge. Air Conditioning and Heating. Fully furnished, parking.

Excelente opción
Es un apartamento muy grande y muy comodo, a un paso de la playa, tiene de todo y la urbanización y localización es espectacular. Quizá lo único que le falta es una smart tv y que sea más grande de la que hay actualmente. Tuvimos un incidente con el aire acondicionado de una habitación y en seguida intentaron solucionarlo.

Unos fantásticos días de descanso
Somos una familia de 2 adultos y tres chicos adolescentes que hemos acabado el año en este precioso lugar.
El apartamento es amplio, hemos estado muy a gusto disfrutando de sus tres habitaciones, tres baños y amplio comedor. Lo mejor el balcón donde podíamos desayunar cada mañana disfrutando del solecito y de las vistas. El apartamento ya tiene unos años y convendría hacer alguna reforma en baños y ventanas pero estaba limpio y tenía de todo.
Está muy bien situado con vistas a una bonita playa y muy cerca de Alicante, además muy bien comunicado en una minutos llegas en coche o en tranvía. Cerca hay todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, restaurantes, farmacia...
Estancia muy agradable, nos ha hecho muy buen tiempo y en esta época se estaba muy tranquilo.
