Colonial Park Retreat! Historic District Prime Location!

Beautiful top floor (3rd floor) apartment in the center of Savannah's Historic District. On Abercorn Street north of Liberty Street. Walking distance to everything! Steps away from the Perry Lane Hotel, J. Christopher's, Drayton Towers, Hitch, McDonough's Pub, and tons of other shops, restaurants and museums. Across the street from the historic landmark Colonial Park Cemetery.

King bedroom with soaring ceilings overlooking Abercorn Street. 2nd bedroom with 2 Twin beds. Pullout Queen Sofa in Living Room. One Full Bathroom off hallway convenient for the group. Kitchen with coffee maker. Private Laundry in unit. $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home! If you do not wish to use our off street parking space or have more than 1 vehicle you will have to park on street where parking is metered around the home. We suggest downloading the ParkSavannah app to pay for your numbered spot with a credit card on your phone.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Integrated software partners are trusted and approved by VRBO and all Expedia Group affiliate booking sites.

Perfect place for me. I was staying there while visiting my mom in the hospital, and came home each day to a beautiful apartment, that felt like home to decompress from. The parking spot was AWESOME too. I never had to drive around at the end of the day wondering how far away i would be from home. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice location

We enjoyed that we were equal distance from the Riverfront, but also close to the other parts of the Historic District. If we wanted to get something to eat, then we had a large variety of choices within walking distance. The suite was very clean and very accommodating for my family and I. The only complaint I had was the staircase. I honestly felt like I was repelling down a skyscraper every time I attempted to walk down the steps because they were so short and slanted. Also, the dishwasher was not working properly, so I was unable to properly clean the dishes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I would note is that the third floor is high up, so this would not be a good unit for someone who has difficulty managing steps, which was not applicable for my stay, thankfully.

Amazing location, great for teenagers!

We did a spring break getaway with my teenage daughter and her friend. The unit was cute, clean, and comfortable. It is also a 10 minute walk from all the fun savannah spots. We would 100% book this again. Best feature was the pink kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and it has a parking spot.

Our family of four had a lovely stay in this apartment. Very cute, cozy, and clean!! Lovely and updated features and decor. Great location to get around the historic part of town. There are two flights of steps up (it’s the upstairs apartment), so maybe not great for the elderly or impaired. There is a good amount of street noise as the building is old, but for us it wasn’t a problem at all since we are city mice and used to an urban soundscape. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a comfortable stay for four adults. The kitchen and bathroom were remodeled beautifully and the main area was quaint. The location was amazing; about halfway between the riverfront/downtown and Forsyth park. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Great trip To Savannah

The apartment is in a great location and having the parking space was a great bonus. Short walk to the main street and riverwalk and everything we wanted! The stairs are narrow and steep so just be aware for accessibility, but the apartment is adorable and very comfortable and well appointed. King bed was super comfy. We had a great stay and will be back.

Nice apartment with easy access to historic downtown, restaurants, take away and a free parking space. Tv, WIfI worked well, kitchen had everthing you could need, bathroom was fine.Because of my own limitations I had a hard time getting in (I went to the wrong apartment :() and when I called the manager was very fast to answer and nicely helped me out. When my flights were cancelled they were very nice to offer a place for me to stay (and I didn't end up needing it).Overall - no complaints and a good visit.

Girls Trip

This apartment was just as described. It’s the perfect getaway spot for a girls trip. The location was wonderful and the parking spot was a huge plus. The only downside were all the stairs to climb after walking the town to get to the apartment!

Perfect location

The property is perfect for walking all over the city. Most things were within 15 min walking distance of the property. It is a third floor unit so no one is walking around over your head. Having the washer and dryer also made it nice to be able to wash clothes and not have to pack as much.
