Huge garden with private pool and all views to the sea, to the Puerto de la Cruz, the Teide and the Orotava Valley. You cannot ask more in a single property. It is 5,5 km to Bollullo Beach. The House is comfortable, simple and functional, ideal for families or groups of friends who need lots of space and have comfort. The pool is very attractive for your Exclusive Use, and the gardens have many different corners to discover. The House has got a terrace ideal for enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The main level of the house is situated on the first floor (141 m2) with 3 bedrooms+ 3 bathrooms, dining area, sitting area, terrace with all the views and a kitchen. There are 15 different types of trees including dragos, avocado trees and orange trees (you can serve yourself). It is very convenient to know that the House is near a restaurant that our guest visit frequently. This restaurant has a Take Away service in case you prefer to stay at home. For more dining options you can drive 3 minutes to the village of La Matanza (with a wide offer of typical, simple and value restaurants ). Also you can get to Puerto de la Cruz in 12 minutes, that offers many shops, restaurants and long avenues to walk and sit on the cafés. If you prefer, as it is half way between all the attractions of the North and the capital Santa Cruz, only 20 minutes away, which is a modern city with lots of shopping options, restaurants and numerous cruises on the harbour. Cleaning and change linen once a week, included on the Price. The pool is 7,50 m * 3.20 m aprox (about 18-20 m2). Free wi-fi. The barbecue works with gas. A car is necessary to stay on this house.

Great villa with amazing views

The Villa is set in its own extensive garden. The accommodation is all on a raised level giving a beautiful view to the mountains. The villa is spacious and fully equipped.

Vila with amazing views

My husband and 2 friends enjoyed a fantastic week in this beautiful house with large garden and amazing views. If you like to stay in the Northern part of Tenerife we can recommend this house with short distance to a lot of beautiful places in the North.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our special times relaxing on the balcony in the evening watching the sunsets. The pool area was nice. A very easy commute into puerto de la cruz. Loved the mountain side of Tenerife where the house is located. The property could use a little spruce up.

A little bit of paradise away from the hustle and bustle!!

We stayed here at the beginning of May as a family of 5. The villa was just perfect for what we needed, a little peace and quiet away from the touristy hustle and bustle. The views are phenomenal from all the way around the villa. We loved that we all had en suite bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Marc was extremely helpful with recommendations of restaurants and bars to visit and nothing was too much trouble! The restaurant next door, San Juan, was amazing too! The food was awesome! We would 100% recommend this villa!!

Fantastic Villa! Wonderful Views

As a family of 6 we stayed for 1 week in this villa. It was spotlessly clean with amazing views of mount Teide. A wonderful pool area and plenty of space for all of us. All rooms are on suite and the kitchen area was new. Marc the owner was great with recommendations of places to go and restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Overall a fantastic experience I would highly recommend.

Very enjoyable

The house was very much as described in homeaway. Contact with the owner was easy and uncomplicated. The house is clean and well-cared for. One shower has been renovated and functions well, the two others showers are older, did not function at times and could use renovation...Internet connection is rather slow, especially if more devices want to connect. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you. We loved Teneriffe.

Good stay at nice house.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. We were with 6 adults and 1 baby and there was enough space. We enjoyed the pool after a proper cleaning job. The restaurant next to the house was closed. Some items of the house require a bit of maintenance, repair or to be replaced. There is no entertainment within walking distance, so a car is a requirement. All in all a good stay and proper follow up on reported issues.

Perfect homebase!

This house is the perfect homebase for exploring Tenerife. Within 15 minutes drive there are at least three very good beaches. Only 20 minutes from airport North (TFN) and little more to Santa Cruz the house is yet embedded underneath the TF-5 so you won't see nor hear the road. Wonderful view towards Mount Teide and the shore of Puerto de la Cruz. Each room is equipped with a bathroom. The kitchen might be quite small if you really want to cook for more than 6 people. If you don't need the fourth room the extra apartment in the basement is truly unnecessary. The house was clean and in very good order - only the water pressure in the showers is quite low and it takes some time until the hot water comes. On our next trip to Tenerife We would love to come back!

Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, allerdings haben wir wegen extremer Hitze und Dunst den Teide nur an 2 von 10 Tagen gesehen. Die Luftqualität wurde als „gefährlich“ eingestuft. Haus sehr sauber. Das Haus teilt sich eine Wand mit dem benachbarten Restaurant, 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer sind betroffen, man hört nachts und morgens Stühlerücken etc. und auch, wenn Frauen mit hochhackigen Schuhen unterwegs sind. Auch draußen hört man ab mittags bis abends die Gäste laut reden und das Geschirr klappern. Dies sollte im Inserat aufgeführt werden - das Restaurant ist nicht nur in der Nähe. Das Haus hat bei Hitze keine Möglichkeit der Kühlung. Die Fenster haben nur teilweise Rollos, das muss in Anbetracht des Klimawandels nachgebessert werden. Der Eingangsbereich liegt nach Süden, wir hatten 32 Grad im Wohnzimmer. Auch eine Schutztür für die Terrassentür wäre sinnvoll, damit man über Nacht lüften kann ohne morgens alle Geckos und Eidechsen im Haus zu haben Die Ausstattung ist für 2 Personen gut, für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern wahrscheinlich auch ok. Für 6 Personen fehlt einiges bzw. man müsste nach jeder Mahlzeit die Spülmaschine anstellen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden leider die herrlich blühenden Bougainvillea geschnitten, aber das muss wohl sein

Die Finka war sauber und einladend. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum kochen benötigt ( inklusive der für uns lebensnotwendigen Kaffeemaschine!). Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Korb mit Wasser und Muffins, sowie Kaffee für die Kapselmaschiene. Die Lage ist himmlisch, wenn man Ruhe und authenzität preferriert. Der Ausblick ist wundervoll, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten sind bequem, zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.Durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel sind alle Ausflugziele gut zu erreichen. Der empfohlene Einkaufsladen ist nah, lokal und bietet alles an, was man benötigt. Kleiner Tipp: Die "Cafeteria 74km an der Ausfahrt ist durch leckere, gutbürgerliche, lokale Küche definitiveinen Besuch wert.

Prachtig vakantiehuis met geweldig uitzicht

Heel mooi en compleet vakantiehuis, uitzicht op de Teide en de zee.Een enorme tuin met een helaas niet beetje koud zwembad.Het huis ligt op een rustige locatie, een auto is wel aan te raden.Ook binnen is alles mooi en verzorgd, we hebben genoten!

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen auf Teneriffa verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig, selbst im oberen Bereich befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Blick auf's Meer und den Teide haben uns immer wieder beeindruckt. Die Villa liegt sehr abgelegen, was man unbedingt bedenken sollte. Hier geht nichts ohne Auto. Aktuell befindet sich nebenan und gegenüber eine Baustelle, der Baulärm hielt sich jedoch in Grenzen. Leider müssen wir ein paar Punkte anmerken, die wir nicht so schön fanden. Der Herd funktionierte nicht einwandfrei (ging teilweise aus oder ließ sich weder hoch- noch herunterregeln), so dass wir weniger gekocht haben, als wir ursprünglich wollten. Der Holzkohlegrill wurde vorher nicht gereinigt. Aus diesem Grund haben wir den Grill nicht genutzt. Des Weiteren wurde uns vor Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass in einem Bad die Duschwand kaputt ist (Rollen defekt). Dies wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Eine Nutzung war möglich, jedoch war die Wand etwas instabil. Des Weiteren fließt in den Toiletten wenig Wasser, was laut Vermieter wohl normal ist. Teilweise funktionierte die Spülung in einem Bad gar nicht, was auf unsere Anfrage hin vom Vermieter lediglich zur Kenntnis genommen wurde. Dieses Problem scheint schon länger zu bestehen, wenn man andere Bewertungen liest. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn kaputte und knarrende Stühle mal ausgetauscht werden.

Ein erstaunlicher Blick, netter Kontakt zur Agentur.

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts viel Lärm durch die Baustelle neben dem Haus. Sie begannen mit einem Bohrhammer bereits vor 8 Uhr morgens. Anna hat schnell reagiert und uns alternative Unterkünfte angeboten. Wir haben allerdings selbst etwas gefunden und mussten umziehen, was sehr enttäuschend war, da man dann in einer Woche in zwei Häusern entsprechende Reinigungsgebühren zahlen muss. Das Haus bietet jedoch sehr schöne Ausblicke. Wir waren im April dort, und das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist, wussten wir, jedoch die Kälte unterschätzt. Trotzdem haben wir die schöne Anlage rund um den Pool sehr genossen. Das Haus hat viele Treppen, weshalb es nur für fitte Gäste geeignet ist.

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Teide ist fantastisch. Kommunikation mit Agentur und Eigentümer war sehr gut, falls etwas zu machen war (zb Pool zu reinigen) wurde das umgehend erledigt. Man muss natürlich unbedingt ein Mietauto haben um sich im Norden Teneriffas entsprechend fortbewegen zu können (auch für Einkauf, Essen gehen etc. unbedingt erforderlich). Für die Erkundung des Nordens der Insel ein perfekter Standort. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Licht und Schatten in La Matanza

Lage, Aussicht auf Teide, Meer und Orotavatal von diesem sehr schönen Anwesen sind großartig und bieten Gewähr für Urlaubsgenuss und Erholung. Ausstattung des Hauses insbesondere in der Küche ist zweckmäßig und einfach. Insgesamt müssen wir aber 1,5 Punkte abziehen : Der sehr schöne Infinitypool war wg Veralgung und Verschmutzung erst nach einer Woche zu gebrauchen, in unserem Badezimmer funktionierte die Klospülung praktisch nicht, unsere Freunde mussten zum Duschen ins dritte Badezimmer ausweichen, weil Warmwasser erst nach Minuten tropfenweise ankam. Der vom Eigentümer informierte Hausmeister erklärte uns, dass an der Situation in den Badezimmern nichts zu ändern ist und dass während der Karnevalszeit nur das Notwendigste gemacht wird ! Für den Eigentümer waren die Probleme damit erledigt, von FeWo Kontaktdame Ana Reid kam nur der Hinweis, dass die Probleme über den Eigentümer zu regeln seien- insgesamt etwas enttäuschend. Sehr wünschenswert wären schriftliche Informationen zum Haus , da zu unserer Überraschung vor Ort keine persönliche Begrüßung/ Einweisung stattfand. Insgesamt haben wir trotz der o.g. Einschränkungen das Beste daraus gemacht, vieles mit Humor genommen und unterm Strich einen schönen Urlaub mit vielen schönen Erlebnissen auf dieser herrlichen Insel genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus, fantastischer Ausblick!

Wir haben mit vier Personen für 12 Tage in diesem schönen Haus gewohnt. Am Haus gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus ist groß genug und bietet jedem, auch mit mehr Gästen, ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, was allerdings nur in der Küche etwas störend sein könnte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich, jedoch etwas stockend. Wir haben von den Tips, von denen andere Reisende berichtet haben, nicht profitieren können, da wir niemanden persönlich kennengelernt haben. Wir benötigten Unterstützung, haben diese bis zum Ende des Urlaubes allerdings nicht bekommen. Das ist schade, aber wer weiß woran es lag… wir kamen auch so zurecht. Das Haus ist nicht barrierefrei, ebenfalls braucht man auch für die Erkundung des Ortes eine gewisse Sicherheit auf den Beinen. Die Gegend trainiert die Oberschenkel 😉 Ein Auto ist ein Muss, denn „mal eben“ kommt man hier nicht mal zum Supermarkt. Das Haus ist perfekt um die Inseln zu erkunden. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderschön und genauso wie auf den Bildern. Herrlich!!!! Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Lovely villa on the North side of Tenerife with beautiful garden

Lovely, well appointed villa with infinity pool (unheated) set in a beautiful garden with stunning views over the Sea. Parking for at least two cars with electric gate. Lots of steps so not suitable for visitors who would find these a problem. TV with Netflix that can also be cast to. Hard floors throughout with a very nice terrace with swivel chairs overlooking a view of the volcano in the distance. Small but functional kitchen. 3 bedrooms (1 with twin beds) on the upper level with additional bed space on the lower floor if you book this. Two external tables & chairs, a day bed & additional seating around the pool. Highly recommended.

This is a residential área of private villas, known for the unbeatable views as from there you can have it all: the views of the sea, the Orotava valley and the Mountain Teide. It is the ideal place to have a real rest, but with easy communications everywhere.

In my opinion what makes this house extraordinary is the 1.700 m2 of property, there is a lots of space everywhere. Being near the famous restaurant Casa Juan is also a big advantage, you will visit it a lot of times during your stay.
