About this property

Come and enjoy a farm stay within three miles of Moscow, Idaho! Enjoy beautiful sunrises, sunsets, mountain views, antics of our farm friends, too. Our suite in our farm house offers 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom which includes a roll-in shower, private covered porch overlooking Paradise Ridge and the town of Moscow. It has room for four plus ample floor space for porta-cribs or children's sleeping bags. Our quiet suite is one wing of our family farmhouse, entering & departing freely through the private entryway to the secluded farmhouse wing through double doors. Please note that we live in our farmhouse.

The first bedroom is complete with a king bed, two easy chairs, and electric fireplace. Behind one of the many closets is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. This bedroom overlooks our pastures with views of Moscow and Moscow Mountain.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a reading chair, small dining table with chairs, and a French door leading out on to a private covered porch with outdoor furniture for your own private use.

Total comfort on the farm!

Our stay at the Meadowlark Farm was perfect. The place is exactly as described, and was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Communication was prompt and friendly, check in and out processes easy as pie. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Weekend

Charlene was a delightful host. The property is located on their farm and we got to visit with her while she introduced us to her animals. The rooms were beautiful and the atmosphere was so peaceful.

Home away from home

Our stay was great. Wish I had inquired about adjusting the heat when we checked in. The beds were nice and warm but I didn’t know how to heat the room properly. After the first night we figured it out. My second visit there and i would definitely go there again.

Loved it.

The Palouse is simply a beautiful area. The location of this property looking out over Moscow, Moscow Mountain and surrounding area really lets you take it all in, while still being convenient to town. The 2 bedroom suite itself is absolutely first class.

Homey suit with a fantastic view

We stayed at Meadowlark for several days for a local church conference. The accommodations were very cozy. The big plus is that the location is less than ten minutes from everything in Moscow, yet it feels rural and remote. If you want a great view of the city and countryside during your stay, this is the place.

My husband and I both have lived in Moscow since childhood. We've been married for over 30 years and enjoy sharing our farm with others while meeting new people! We are a quiet, hard-working family farm.

Why they chose this property

Our family decided to build a handicap-accessible home for our daughter and chose to build with some property several years ago ... The farm started with just two dairy goats and has grown! Today we have a few dozen goats, lots of chickens & ducks, cows, pigs and possibly a visiting horse or two. We love our farm life! And we love sharing it with our guests.

What makes this property unique

Our bed and breakfast suite offers handicap accessibility while enjoying multiple farm animals. We have a sidewalk that meanders around our property with views of all our critters. All the while, it is just a few miles from Moscow, all on paved roads ... it takes less than 10 minutes to get to downtown Moscow or the University of Idaho; 25 minutes to get to Washington State University. Close proximity to town and university events while having an oasis to return to and rest.
