The house is located Within a family owned Finca Which dates back to at Least the 1800 's and Its dependencies as well as ITS vineyard. In the area is generally calm with view on the sea and countryside, perfect for a couple. The Villa is located in the countryside away from the main roads, 5 minutes from the nearest beach and 2 minutes from the closet Mini Supermarket / small restaurant. The road leading to the property is asphalted. Changing of linen and towels eleven week, Mari J Friendly.
