Superbe emplacement mais appartement mediocre !

Le quartier est vraiment sympa à decouvrir mais l'appartement ne doit pas être reloué tant que certains points de sécurité soient corrigés. Securite: - La porte de la Baie-vittré ouvrant sur la terrasse ne peut pas etre fermée; la serrure cassée ou vandalisée reste en l'état. - Multi prise bricolée doit être jetée et remplacée - Le fil électrique du fer à repasser 'dénudé' avec le risque d'électrocution. Désagrément : - 2 sur 4 luminaires plafonnier sont grillées; point déjà signalé par le précédant locataire au mois de Décembre. - lampe grillée dans la toilette en bas (déjà signalé par le locataire au mois de Décembre. L'appartement vieillissant a vraiment besoin de maintenance et de renouvellement de l'équipement au niveau de la cuisine. (Conditions sanitaires pas respectées, le frigidaire et la poubelle pas nettoyés, avec de la mauvaise odeur) Effectivement ce que fonctionnent correctementsont L'eau chaude, chauffage, four, four micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle. Nous attendons un geste financier pour le désagrément subi comme la location ne correspondait pas au descriptif sur votre site. AK

Appartement original, lumineux et très bien situé

Nous avons apprécié la situation en plein cœur du quartier du panier et le côté atypique du duplex. L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Un bémol en revanche sur le mobilier, un canapé 2 poufs et 4 chaises en tout et pour tout dans une location avec un séjour, 2 chambres pour 4 à 6 personnes!!! Une mezzanine sans assise, sans un seul meuble non plus alors que l'endroit se prête pourtant à la lecture. On reviendrait volontiers si cet effort était fait. Un peu de déco serait également la bienvenue surtout dans un quartier qui regorge d'artistes en tous genres.

Le quartier est magnifique mais bruyant le matin. L'appart a un super toit terrasse. Petit soucis de propreté cependant. Ventilateurs remplis de poussière et fauteuil qui sentait le pipi de chat. Le frigo était aussi un peu aussi de sa vie...

Un appartement très sympa., très bien situé, confortable et un accueil bien agréable !

A Marseille, pour les fêtes de fin d'année, nous avons séjourné dans ce logement, accompagnés de notre fille et de son mari. Tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé : l'appartement qui a beaucoup de charme a offert tout le confort dont nous avions besoin; la communication avec son propriétaire a été très facile et agréable, l'accueil avec Bouthaina très sympathique... une adresse à retenir!

Schöne Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Ansich ist es schön und uns war klar, dass wir in kein 4* hotel kommen. Aber es war nicht sonderlich sauber, auf der Terrasse lagen alte Bretter, die Beleuchtung auf der Dachterrasse lag auseinander genommen ohne Funktion rum. Die Sitzkissen waren von einer Katze besucht worden und rochen dementsprechend. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen, es war aber auch nicht unser schlechtester Urlaub.

Beau duplex au cœur du Panier.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Marseille, son vieux port, sa criée, le Mucem, la Major, les Docks Village... L'appartement est spacieux, propre, original et très bien équipé. Un lieux calme et agréable au milieu du quartier du Panier qui est très animé..

Gute Aufteilung des Hauses: 2 Etagen und eine dachterasse. Unten befindet sich eine Apotheke, den Rest des Hauses hat man für sich allein. Abends werden vor dem Haus Tische aufgebaut, die vom Restaurant gegenüber bewirtet werden. Vom Wohnzimmerfenster aus könnte man auf die Teller spucken 😜. In der ganzen Straße herrscht Leben. Bei offenem Fenster also auch laut (was uns nicht gestört hat). Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da viele Treppen sowohl im Haus als auch in der Altstadt!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en plein cœur de Marseille. Accueil très sympathique par Bouthaina, qui nous a donné de très bons conseils et qui connaît parfaitement le quartier. Elle nous a même offert des billets pour le train touristique de Marseille. Merci !!!! Le forfait-parking des phocéens est vraiment top : 51€ la semaine et à deux pas de l'appartement. Appartement fonctionnel et agréable, dans un quartier au charme indéniable. Super location !

En rymlig och fräch lgh med en stor altan med utsikt över hustaken i gamla stan och små mysiga matställen i lugn miljö i kvarteret. Närhet till centrum o gamla hamnen och lokal trafik. En trevlig värdinna hälsade oss välkomna och hjälpte oss till rätta under vistelsen.

Excellente semaine passée à MARSEILLE dans un logement très bien situé dans le quartier typique du PANIER. Nadia, la gérante, nous a très bien accueilli et donné des adresses et des conseils judicieux pour notre séjour. Quelques améliorations au niveau de l'équipement du loft ont été signalées au propriétaire : 1 pichet, 1 théière, 1 poêle anti-adhésive,1 plateau pour monter la vaisselle sur la terrasse et une douchette flexible pour la salle de bains du bas. Sinon la terrasse est très agréable et nous avons pu en profiter.

Le quartier du Panier est typique et vivant. Par sa localisation, il nous a permis de découvrir facilement une grande partie du centre de Marseille (à deux pas du port, du MUCEUM et des docks !!!) On a vraiment apprécié la location (et sa terrasse) Le vrai désagrément a été de ne pas pouvoir prendre un abonnement de parking à la semaine à notre arrivée. Merci à Nadia pour ses conseils

Quartier atypique

Appartement conforme a la description sur le site, quartier agréable et atypique.La gérante est disponible et sympathique.Centre ville et surtout Vieux port pas très loin.Amélioration a apporter un ventilateur pour l'autre chambre ( celle du bas )et a mon goût, la télévision est petite même si nous n'étions pas souvent dans l'appartement. Séjour en général agréable, pas de soucis majeurs. Location a conseiller....

Très bel appartement , accueil chaleureux , nous étions 3 enfants et 2 adultes et très sincèrement nous avons apprécié l emplacement et l excellent rapport qualité prix . Si nous devions formuler un souhait ...? Installer une douchette dans la salle de bain en bas , un médecin à deux maisons qui a été très apprécié et la pharmacie juste en bas ....une terrasse de rêve , nous avons tous beaucoup aimé et pensons revenir . Helles und freundliches Loft im Altstadtviertel

Schönes und helles Loft mitten im historischen Altstadtviertel Panier. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse und durch das Glasdach insgesamt sehr hell. Sehr gute Organisation durch den Besitzer und die Betreuerin vor Ort; sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen. Gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wunderbar geeignet für alle Entdeckungen in der Innenstadt, da alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Durch jeweils ein separates Bad und WC pro Doppelzimmer und Anordnung der Doppelzimmer auf zwei Ebenen viel Privatsphäre. Hierdurch aber weniger geeignet für sechs Personen, da diese Bad und WC in den Doppelzimmern benutzen müssten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Versorgung mit Warmwasser, die durch den Nachtspeicherboiler nur vormittags gegeben war. Nachmittags und abends gab es nur kaltes Wasser.

Très bon séjour et peu de points critiquables,

Bilan très positif. Les seuls petits regrets... le couloir du rez-de-chaussée (commun avec la pharmacie) n'avait pas été nettoyé, feuilles mortes et probablement pas de serpillère depuis pas mal de temps. (nous avons balayé les feuilles mortes). L'interdiction d'accès par les véhicules ne nous avait pas été signalé, néanmoins comme une des bornes interdisant physiquement l'accès, nous avons pu décharger la voiture au pied de la location, puis au prix d'une marche arrière de 100 m, avons pu accéder à l'un des très nombreux parkings souterrains environnants.(République mais il y a aussi le "Phocéen"). Dans le loft même, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, ménage impeccable, équipements de qualité, très bonne literie (y compris le canapé lit du séjour) Pour les pinailleurs, la taille du téléviseur est peut-être un peu petite pour la taille du loft (mais on ne va pas en vacances pour se gaver de TV !) Un peu de stress pour l'utilisation du four car, comme il est mixte micro-onde et résistance électrique, il faut être sûr d'avoir sélectionné la bonne position du bouton de gauche (icônes non-rétroéclairées) et sur le manuel, pas de schéma montrant les positions successives à partie du "O") Par contre, il faudrait vraiment améliorer l'éclairage au dessus de la table du séjour (et comme le plafond y est très haut, probablement par lampe à halogène) Pour le lit double, un meilleur éclairage pour la lecture au lit serait agréable (du même type que sur la mezzanine, qui est parfait). Enfin, la lunette des WC du niveau zéro ne tient pas verticalement, ce qui est gênant pour les "hommes" ... en tout état de cause nous ne regrettons pas du tout cette location, très bien situées pour descendre à pied soit vers le Vieux Port, soit vers le MUCEM. Nous recommanderons cette adresse.

un apartement chic et artistique

la location était plein de vie et près de la centre vie. L'apartement était comme la description sauf que nous étions 4 adultes (deux couples) et il n'avait pas assez d'espace pour six personnes. Il y avait beaucoup de lumière; il était très propre; nous l'aimions beaucoup. Le propriétaire nous avons aide mais la gerante, Nadia, qui habite Rue du Panier était excellente. Son avis sur restaurants locales était bon.

Great apartment - poor communication

The property is in a beautiful area of the Panier District. The area is full of cafes and restaurants and is typically French and very quaint. It's close to the harbour with a nice walk down. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both double/twin with ensuite and then a sofa bed in the living room. It has everything you need in the kitchen to be able to eat in. We particularly liked the terrace with a big table where we always sat to eat with a beautiful view down the streets of the district. I give the apartment 3 stars because of the issues from homeaway, the property owner, and the key holder. We arrived at our arranged time to be left outside with no contact details worrying where the key holder was for 30 minutes. When we were let in we were told that we needed to pay a deposit on the property that we would be given back at the end. We had already paid the full price and a large deposit through homeaway. We explained this and was told that we had only paid the cost of the apartment and that they needed the extra deposit. We phoned homeaway to ask what to do and they washed their hands of the rental agreement. We spent time going through old emails for proof of the original agreement that we then sent to the owner. They agreed the following day that if we paid the second deposit they would return both deposits in cash at the end. We did so to avoid anymore issues so we could start our holiday. The mistake was recognised and the money was returned the following day. The final day was our main issue and the reason for this review. We were told we could pay for a cleaner or clean the apartment ourselves. There were 5 of us so thought we'd do it ourselves. When we arrived the cleanliness of the apartment was ok. It had not had a good clean, but didn't expect anything else for the price. The key holder explained that the last tenants had only left a few hours previously and that she didn't have time to clean all the sheets/towels. The washing machine was still running and washing on the line. We brought these in for the key holder and had to make our own beds as she had not had time to do so. We were ok with this until the final day. The key holder arrived to a much cleaner apartment to when we arrived and told us that the cupboards has streaks and the pots needed putting away. She said it would take 4 hours to clean after our stay and cost more than the original cleaning fee. She took this out of our deposit. These issues tainted our overall lovely holiday.

Marseille - magnifique !!!

The appartement is really very comfortable and really that beautiful as the describtion in the internet. We had a beautiful stay with our family (2 adults, 3 kids age 14 y. and 10 y.) in the Panier Quarter of Marseille. It is a really nice place to stay but you should love to walk steps :-) because you have to walk some when returning from the "Vieux Port". The equipment of the appartement is very good, everything is at place ! Nadia our contact person gave us very, very nice, helpful and friendly welcome. If you love to dicover Marseille than come and enjoy the vividness of Panier ... :-)
