The farmhouse has been owned by the family since generations. It is a wonderful place to rest and visit Extremadura.

The house is full rental, with the possibility of 2 to 6 people.
It consists of living room, dining room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen.

It has an area of 160 m2, in addition to an orange orchard with barbecue, and a small garden, and swimming pool.

The house is located in a typical holm oak, can enjoy the surroundings.

The house is fully rent, and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for your use, sheets, towels, etc.

El sitio no se llama cortijo antiguo entonces es super dificil d encontrar. Encima los dueños no cogen el telefono a si q un caos pensamos q era una estafa. Despues d muchas vueltas conseguimos hablar con el dueño ybuna vez lo encontramos y dimos con el guarda todo fue sobre ruedas sobre ruedas

Buen alojamiento para el verano

La casa es amplia, exceptuando la cocina que es pequeñita, pero suficiente para la estancia, lo mejor de todo sin duda es la piscina y las amplias zonas que rodean la casa, como por ejemplo el patio con naranjos y limoneros. No volvería nunca mas

Un alojamiento que podría ser muy bueno, pero con muchos fallos, mala distribución de la casa, la estancia da a un patio interior, bonito pero al final estas encerrado entre cuatro paredes. La cocina es SUPERMINUSCULA, es vergonzoso que ofrezcan eso como una cocina de un alojamiento rural, además no está nada limpia ni cuidada, si vas a una casa rural se supone que vas a cocinar... ahí es imposible (y solo éramos dos). El día que llegamos, (amablemente nos dejaron hacer el checkin a las 12:00), nos entregaron la casa y en concreto la piscina estaba con el agua clara, nos fuimos a comprar y al volver el agua estaba verde, con lo que nos tuvimos que quedar en el salón todo el día, los propietarios nos devolvieron el dinero de ese día, aunque eso no compensa para nada la perdida de un dia de vacaciones. El segundo día la piscina si estaba bien, pero el tercero volvió a empezar a ponerse verde (aunque este día si pudimos bañarnos). Por las noches es TOTALMENTE IMPOSIBLE dormir, hay perros en la finca que no paran de ladrar. En definitiva a pesar de la amabilidad de las propietarias, y de la total disponibilidad de Eduardo (el hombre de mantenimiento), creo que es el peor sitio en el que he estado, encima clarísimo para lo que ofrecen. No volveré jamás.

Belle propriété

La maison est vraiment superbe, typique et confortable bien que la cuisine soit très petite pour pouvoir cuisiner. L'environnement est très beau, sauvage et isolé. Ce serait idéal pour se reposer si les 3 chiens n'aboyaient pas toute la nuit ! De plus des odeurs remontant des canalisations de la salle de bain sont très gênantes. Petite précision : si vous arrivez de nuit, rien ne signale la propriété, ni panneau, ni lumière.

Great location, but some room for improvement

To start off, the house is beautifully located, optimal for those who love nature and tranquility. The house is in the centre of a private estate, but also near the picturesque village Trujillo, which is well worth a visit. The house is attached to the house of the house keeper, and the kitchen window of the house keeper's house looks onto the house's garden, which sometimes felt uncomfortable. Otherwise, the "neighbours" are very quiet and kind. The pool is large and clean, but it is worth noting that it is NOT the pool that can be seen on the pictures on this website, which we found quite strange. (the pool is surrounded by tiles and walls, not by grass and trees) The house itself was clean with spacious bedrooms but a tiny kitchen. For those who like to eat out it's fine, but the kitchen is indeed quite small for those who like cooking. All other rooms are comfortably large and nicely decorated (English country style). We were here in the middle of summer, which was extremely hot this year, and we noticed that the garden lacks space and equipment to sit in the shade comfortably. The narrow garden seems to retain the heat, which felt quite muggy. There is a garden set made out of very heavy iron, but it is not really comfortable to sit on. Some comfortable garden chairs would make a great addition to the house. Furthermore, the sewage needs fixing, and during our stay some rooms were very smelly and the odor even reached the garden. In conclusion, we enjoyed the estate (which we imagine is very beautiful in spring season!), the pool and Trujillo, but believe that this house has some potential still to be unlocked, and hope that the owners can find some use in our advice.
