The apartment is located on the top of the mountain. It lies secluded at the end of a cul de sac overlooking the city where there is a spectacular view of the landscape. You can see down the hill in to the forest, mountain, Stjørdal, airport and the lovely fjord. The view is breathtaking and fascinating! Only 5-minute drive to Trondheim Airport.

The apartment is 80 sq.m, comfortable,have a high standard and gives you a feeling of luxury. This space is ideal for couple, family or for business traveler´s who wants to stay in a flat where they can relax.

Our outdoor private swimming pool in the first floor, can be rented daily on request by guests between kl 12.00-17.00 for max 2 hours, at an additional cost. 400NOK for the first rental. 300NOK second rental time Rental fee including electricity, cleaning products and bath towel.

•Upon request and at an additional cost, guest can use the jacuzzi outside the apartment. It is possible to use for maximum 2 hours and between kl 12:00 -22:00. 300NOK first rental 200NOK second rental Rental included electricity, cleaning products, new water and bath towels.

• 🚘If you like you can rent our car via Getaround app. We have a Mini Cooper D and a Audi Q5 Hybrid. Contact us before booking, we will give you a special price.

Pristine property that feels like a home away from home...great views and fully equipped

This apartment is fantastic!..fully equipped with anything you can want or need. Great decor, comfortable and great views with a relaxing outside area. Great location close to the airport...30 minutes east of Trondheim. Jon was a gracious host waiting to welcome us at midnight after a long drive with cupcakes and fresh fruit. This was a great respite from a long week of travel through Norway. Thank you...

Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben

Diese Wohnung war eine unserer schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir jemals hatten. Es war unser zweiter und längster Aufenthalt unserer Reise durch Norwegen. Wir sind froh, dass wir hier 8 Tage wohnen durften. Eigentlich sind wir immer sehr viel unterwegs, um uns die Gegend anzusehen. Aber hier haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir sehr viel Zeit vor Ort verbracht haben. Wir wurden von Monica sehr freundlich empfangen. Auf uns wartete nicht nur eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht und sogar noch mehr. Sondern es waren auch schon ein paar Lebensmittel vorhanden, wir mussten erst am nächsten Tag Einkaufen. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Es ist wirklich alles so, wie auf den Fotos, vielleicht sogar noch schöner. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Vom Haus aus kann man wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge über dem Fjord sehen und nach ein paar Stunden dann die Sonnenaufgänge. Unser Zeitgefühl kam völlig durcheinander. Es war so wunderschön. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles da. Wirklich alles. Ich koche sehr gern, aber hier hat es mir besonders viel Spass gemacht. Die Lage ist auch sehr ideal. Wir haben einen Ausflug nach Schweden zum Tännforsen gemacht, haben uns Felsritzungen in der Gegend, die Schiffssetzung in Steinkjer angesehen und waren in Trondheim. Die Gegend bietet sehr viel und wir waren begeistert. Das Internet hat ebenfalls sehr gut funktioniert. Auch Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen wurden von uns erfolgreich getestet. Es war alles bestens. Das Einzige, was etwas störend war, ist die Nähe zum Flughafen. Das war schon manchmal sehr laut. Aber Nachts ist Ruhe, und das Haus ist so gut isoliert, dass man bei geschlossenem Fester drinnen nichts, aber auch gar nichts hört. Es gibt von uns volle Punktzahl ohne Abstriche. Zum Schluss möchten wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich bei Monica und Jon bedanken, für die tolle Unterkunft. Für all die Gedanken, welche sie sich gemacht haben und machen, damit sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen. Und vor Allem für die liebevolle Betreuung durch Monica, während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes. Wir hoffen sehr, noch einmal wieder zu kommen. Tusen takk, kjære Monica og kjære Jon, for din gjestfrihet . Vi håper å komme tilbake igjen.
