Free WIFI / AC Buen Suceso Apartment, right in the city center, at Metropol square

Just finished renovating in October of this year, it is a very bright and decorated apartment with a certain industrial air, but without losing the warmth and comfort that we want to offer our guests.
With capacity for up to 4 people, the house is composed of two bedrooms with two 90cm beds, which together form a King-size double bed, a central space with living room, dining room and kitchen, and two bathrooms with shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes, utensils and utensils.
The apartment also has a 40 ″ Smart TV with Vodafone One and all football, WIFI Internet, hot / cold air conditioning in all rooms, bed linen and towels, iron and hair dryer.

Quiet place in city center

If you are looking for place in the center of everything while being quiet and away from the noise of the streets and crowds, Javi and Sara's place is perfect. It was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's within walking distance of everything you may want to see or do as a tourist in Sevilla. Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Javi and Sara were very responsive to questions. Do not hesitate to book a stay with them.

Beautiful stay in remodeled apartment, center of Sevilla

We had such a wonderful time at Buen Suceso apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, clean & bright, and has all the amenities you could ask for (washer / dryer combo, full kitchen, ironing board, Netflix, etc.). Sevilla was one of our favorite cities to visit in Spain, in no small part because of Javi's incredible advise when we got there. He sat down with us and mapped out the city - places to go, tourist sites, and favorite restaurants. We went to all his restaurant recommendations and had five incredible meals. Thanks so much Javi & Sarah! If we have the opportunity to make it back to Sevilla, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Perfect Location

First, I have to say that working with Javi and Sara was incredibly easy and I could not have been more pleased with their amazing hospitality. They even went out of their way to get us a clothes drying rack after I informed them there was none in the apartment. It was delivered to the door by the time we got back from sightseeing that day. The apartment itself was very spacious for two adults and two college aged sons. We also happened to be there during the brutal heat of the summer (107 degrees) and the AC worked like a charm which was huge after a hot day of visiting the sights of Seville. The location is great and was a quick 15 minute walk to the train station as well as to the core sights of the city. There are numerous grocery stores within walking distance for any food or beverage needs. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay in Seville with a family or for those looking for some extra space. By the way, the church across the street just outside the front door is something to behold. You have to check it out. Thank you again Javi and Sara for sharing your wonderful property.

Comfortable apartment with great location

The apartment is on a quiet street in a central area. The beds are amazingly comfortable and bathrooms are quite nice with great water pressure. Our hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place and so close to everything!!

I really have no complaints at all about this home. It is a comfortable 2 floors up so you do have stairs but it wasn't bad. Sarah and Javi were wonderful and helpful. There is a restaurant right down the road from the place that we enjoyed. It is in a terrific location. The place was super clean and welcoming. The beds were comfy and linens were clean and nice. Having 2 bathrooms was really nice for us as we were traveling with 4 people total. This is right around the corner from the Setas (mushroom) where there are lots of restaurants and bars.

The water heater broke down on a Christmas Sunday... Fortunately we could replace it for a new one at the same day and in the meantime we booked one night in a hotel next to the apartment for Anamary and her sister to rest. As the problem was resolved, they decided to return from the hotel to our place at night. Both of them were very friendly and comprehensive with the situation.

Wonderful stay!

Javi is a wonderful host and his apartment is perfect! Modern finishes, great beds, great water pressure and all modern conveniences. The Alfalfa neighborhood is FANTASTIC...10 min walk to Cathedral but quiet on a side street. Tapas bars abound in the immediate area and Recoveco restaurante across the street has a rooftop terrace with magnificent views of all of Sevilla (expensive). 20 min walk to Santa Justa train station. Would absolutely return!!❤

Lovely apartment

Super apartment in the heart of town. Grateful for the ac as Seville was sizzling. Only negatives were building work nearby which started early morning and maybe some extra kitchen equipment needed. All in all we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay thanks.

Accès direct aux rues piétonnes du centre et donnant sur la place Métropol Parasol. Cet appartement est dans une rue tranquille. Agréable séjour entre amis durant la Feria d’avril, nous avions peur de trouver trop de monde mais pas du tout. Ce fut un plaisir de voir les sévillans dans leurs plus belles tenues.

Appartement parfait, totalement conforme aux photos, idéal pour 4 personnes, très bien situé, à 10 minutes de la cathédrale. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et disponibles si besoin d'aide. L'appartement est situé dans une petite rue calme mais à 2 pas du quartier vivant Metropol Parasol. They had everything that you would want at a home. The place was beautiful and the location perfect. My wife and 2 teenage kids have been to many VRBO and Airbnb places over the last 15 years, and this was the best. Everything worked perfectly.

Best apartment, location and host!

Clean, bright apartment with all the amenities one needs for a perfect stay in Seville. Amenities include comfortable beds and pillows, stoarage space for your things, large rooms and bathrooms with great showers (and water pressure), Nespresso machine, toaster and best of all, a washer/dryer combo unit which is great for light packers with longer stays. Comfy furniture, and air/heating units in each room. WiFi is fast and reliable. Another aspect of how perfect this apartment is relates to Javi, the host with the most. He met us when we arrived, gave us a map and went through all the places to visit and he and Sara’s favorite restaurants, which was very helpful. When we had questions he answered promptly with friendliness we are not accustomed to in Europe. This location really is in the center of the city, a stone’s throw from the Metropol Parasol, with everything easily accessible by foot. We stayed for 7 nights and were able to walk to every monument, explore neighborhoods and enjoy this gorgeous city’s sidewalk cafes, great food and beverage, and friendly locals. My friend and I are from the US (I am mid 50s, friend early 60s) and we take a trip every year to Europe and stay in VRBO apartments. We ranked this one the best yet for the reasons listed above and for how safe we felt. The apartment has a sophisticated door lock and the building itself is very secure. We never felt as though we had to be on guard, which was a great relief to us. The city of Seville itself also felt safe. We absolutely loved our stay in Seville. Highly recommended city and perfect place to stay. Thank you Javi for being the consummate host!!

"Like home" renovated apartment on a very peaceful street

This was our favorite apartment during the Spain trip. We travelled with two teenage daughters and the apartment was perfect for us - each big bedroom has its own big bathroom and they are situated in separate areas, with kitchen and living/dining room in the middle. Such layout allowed privacy for both parents and children. Everything was clean and new. A beautiful church is standing right across the street so we kept our windows and shutters open since there were no windows looking into ours. :) We had nice breakfasts and sometimes late evening snacks at Plaza de Alfalfa nearby. Everything is walking distance from this apartment. Wi-fi worked very well. Nespresso coffee capsules were great. The beds were comfortable. We did not want to leave this apartment and Seville! Best apartment we stayed in in Spain

Of the five apartments we stayed in in Spain, this was by far the best- it is spacious, elegant, uncluttered and luxurious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen (with laundry facilities) was perfect for a short stay. It is situated in a small quiet plaza opposite a lovely church façade. The second bedroom window opened to a private, quiet courtyard. The apartment is right in the heart of Seville but was off a main street. The hosts were very helpful and sent in advance clear videos to explain the unlocking of the doors. The hosts were generous with all toiletries, kitchen and washing machine liquids. Small but useful extras for travellers were the condiments, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and Nespresso capsules The price compared very favourably to other apartments in Spain. I would certainly recommend this apartment to refresh weary travellers.

Moderne, frisch renovierte Wohnung in zentraler Lager

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im historischen Zentrum von Sevilla. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Dennoch ist die Nachbarschaft nicht "touristisch". Das Apartment ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter stand bei allen Angelegenheiten hilfreich zur Seite. Insgesamt kann man hier einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Sevilla verbringen.
