Welcome to this nice and large villa, which has a perfect location, within easy reach of lovely Vence.

Stunning views, large swimming pool and high quality characterize this property, which we can recommend to anyone looking for the perfect vacation spot on Cote d'Azur!

The villa is well suited for several families traveling together, as there are 8 bedrooms, and in addition the living room in the guest annex can be used as a bedroom number 9.

The lovely town of Vence is just off the busy coastline, and with its old medieval city center, markets and many shops and restaurants, it is a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday.

The house has a stunning view of the surrounding countryside and beyond to the Mediterranean. There are large enclosed grounds of 2500 m2 with large garden, swimming pool and several terraces to enjoy your days in the sun with outdoor eating and relaxation. Naturally, the property has its own petanque court and private parking.

The villa is very conveniently located, secluded and quiet, yet close to the charming village life in Vence and Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

The property has a large main house, a studio apartment and an annex. It is well equipped with everything you need during your holiday and have a consistently high quality.

The main house is on two floors and has a living room with entrance hall, large living room with fireplace, dining room in connection with the large kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, 2 bathrooms with bath and toilet. The second floor has living room, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

From the living room, there is access to the large terrace, where there is plenty of space and large outdoor dining table and lounge areas.

The studio has a double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.

The annex has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and the floor with double bed.

It’s Exactly what the pictures said

The Villa Savoy at Vence is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Clean, spacious and everything you need for a great week. Lots of quality utensils for cooking and entertaining, great music system, gorgeous pool, beautifully maintained gardens and amazing views. Delightful village just over a kilometer away. Perfect Space for our 12 family members to find privacy but also enjoy being together. Highly recommended for groups of family or friends. Thank you.

Traumhaftes Haus

Es handelt sich um eine großzügige, hervorragend ausgestattete Villa mit gepflegtem Garten und wunderbarem Pool. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten gut (bis auf das Schlafsofa im Studio, das ist allenfalls für Kinder geeignet). Küche und Wohnzimmer sind groß und luftig mit ausreichend Platz und Equipment für eine große Gruppe. Küchengeräte sind meist von Miele, riesiger Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und hilfreich, Antworten kamen selbst am Wochenende immmer superschnell.

Villa Savoy

Property was located .9 mile to old Vence. Walking was impossible as it was up a steep hill. Glad we had a car for short errands to market. House location is very hard to find as street does not go through. Alarm system was difficult to operate. Loved the landscaping and spaciousness of house. Would consider a return visit.

Location - Quality - Seaview - Service

Thanks again for letting us use the property for our second visit! Tha villa is perfect in every aspect! Great location with walking distance to Vence and restaurants. Nice garden and pool area as well as a large terrace with plenty of space for out-door dining. Views out to the sea, and proximity to Nice, Cannes and the nice smaller villages on the Riviera!
