Very well located at the foot of the Signal, Apartment 60 mÂČ. Sleeps 7, 4th floor with lift, private ski locker in the basement.
The apartment has just been completely renovated in a warm contemporary high-end style, smoked wood veneers, canopy etc ... It is labeled Alpe d'Huez and has received a 4 * classification by the station.
Good thermal and sound insulation
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large sleeping alcove in the entrance with a 2-place alcove bed in 140 and another suspended alcove bed in 80. These two beds require a little flexibility, so are not suitable from a certain age ...
A large living room 30 mÂČ with good quality new 140 cm sofa bed, club armchair; new fitted kitchen, light gray lacquered and wood, new appliances, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, large fridge, microwave combination oven, SensĂ©o coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette / pierrade and fondue appliances.
TV and DVD player. Laminate wood look floor.
Separate WC. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, 4 kg washing machine.

At the foot of the slopes, the Le Stade ski lift (at the foot of the Signal) at 100 m. Roundabout of the slopes (packages, cable car, ESF) at 300 m. Ski back to back guaranteed.
Close to all shops (Games district) Sports center 6 min walk. Convenience store, ski-in / ski-out rental.
A covered parking space reserved in a building at 200 m (maximum height 1m90, watch out for your roof boxes)
Attention for the winter season the rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
240x220 (3) and 150 x 200 (2) duvets. Bed linen and towels not provided (sheets not furnished), rental possible on specific request.
End of stay cleaning is included.
WiFi is not provided, we advise you to rent or buy a rechargeable mobile box (we have an Airbox from Orange, it works very well) or to share co

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans cet appartement suite au changement de conciergerie. Contrairement au commentaire prĂ©cĂ©dent, nous n'avons pas eu de difficultĂ©s Ă  accĂ©der Ă  l'appartement. La remise des clĂ©s s'est faite par une boite Ă  clĂ©, trĂšs pratique. Nous n'avons Ă©galement pas subit de nuisances sonores, peut-ĂȘtre est-ce du Ă  la chance mais l'appartement ne nous a pas paru mal isolĂ©. L'appartement est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© avec de l'electromĂ©nager moderne, de nombreux couverts et une grande table pour prendre les repas. L'espace sĂ©jour est spacieux et lumineux, trĂšs agrĂ©able. Enfin pour l'espace nuit, la chambre est trĂšs spacieuse Ă©galement. Pour les deux autres lits, ceux-ci sont situĂ©s dans l'entrĂ©e et convienne pour des personnes pas trop grandes. Le casier Ă  ski se situe au sous-sol, pas trĂšs pratique pour les skieurs avec les nombreux escaliers. Le dĂ©part de l'appartement ne se fait pas skis au pieds (oeufs DMC1 Ă  200 mĂštres en montant) mais le retour oui. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine au ski trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Appartement trÚs bien placé, face au levé du jour et des montagnes, trÚs dépaysant ! lumineux, départ skis pieds, arrivée skis pieds, trÚs fonctionnel. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, grand frigo, ustensiles... Restaurants et activités à proximité.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situé . Il est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ©. MAIS : Contact avec la personne qui remet les clĂ©s trĂšs compliquĂ© pour check in et check out. MĂ©nage pas fait : Miettes, poussiĂšres et saletĂ©s par terre, sous les protections des chaises, devant le canapĂ© et sur la plaque de cuisson. L’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai dĂ» bricoler la prise pour y remĂ©dier. L’appartement est trĂšs mal isolĂ© : Les fenĂȘtres se ferment trĂšs difficilement et mĂȘme fermĂ©es ont entend les voitures et les passant. On entend aussi les voisins du dessus et du dessous parler, marcher et festoyer jusqu’à pas d’heure. Pour finir le parking n’est pas dans la Residence et il faut une lampe pour y circuler Ă  pied car pas de lumiĂšre dans la cage d’escalier ! Enfin, j’attends toujours mon dĂ©dommagement financier promis par la propriĂ©taire qui ne semble pas tenir parole. Bref, pour le prix de 1800 euros la semaine hors vacances scolaire, cet appartement et sa gestion sont totalement sur cĂŽtĂ© !

Lage und Umgebung perfekt. Aber Wohnen mit 7 personen?? Im Winter?? Leider merkt man das es kein ferienzeit ist. Sauberkeit konnte besser sein. Staub am boden und Haren auf der BettwĂ€sche. Heizung wird eingestellt und das mobile heizgerĂ€t ist defekt. Wohnung sonst gut ausgestattet mit alle KĂŒchenutensilien.

Great apartment. We got early so we had early check-in, we called host and there was no problem. Everything as on the photo, even better... Pros: Apartment is equipped with fondue-set, coffee-machine, few games for children, plenty of storage space. Nicely decorated. Location is literally ski-in (but not ski-out, you have maybe 100m of walking to ski-lifts). Parking place is in garage in another building (maybe 200m)... Cons: Maybe cleanliness could be little better, but it is OK. TV-channels: only French. No WiFi... Conclusion: We had great time in Alpe d`Huez, and definitely would come back to this apartment. 95/100

Really smart apartment close to slopes with beautiful south facing view

A cosy, smart, well appointed apartment close to the slopes and right next to the supermarket which made self catering very easy. There is a beautiful south facing view of the mountains from the. The cubby hole for the single bed is cosy and would not suit someone very tall but there is a sofa bed which can be used instead.

Nous avons adorĂ© l’alpe d’huez et l’emplacement de l’appartement

Pour une famille de 7, cet appartement est idĂ©al. Nous avons pu faire dormir nos 3 filles dans les alcĂŽves et elles Ă©taient enchantĂ©es. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la dĂ©coration de l’appartement, son confort et le calme de la rĂ©sidence. La proximitĂ© des commoditĂ©s permet de ne pas perdre de temps et de passer plus de temps sur les pistes de skis ! Bref, un excellent sĂ©jour plein de souvenir de famille. J’ajoute que l’acceuil a l’arrivĂ©e pour la remise des clĂ©s est trĂšs bien Martine est trĂšs gentille, et les propriĂ©taires sont accessible avant l’arrivĂ© pour donner de bons conseils afin d’amĂ©liorer notre sĂ©jour.
