The house was built in 2015 (RT2012) in a very quiet small subdivision (no busy road).
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with the living room, the dining room, open American kitchen, 1 bedroom (160 * 200 bed), a shower room and separate wc, garage.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with:
- 1 bed 140 by 190 + 1 pull-out bed (2 beds 90 by 190)
- 1 bed 140 by 190 + 1 BZ sofa
- 1 bed 140 by 190,
+ a bathroom and separate wc.
On request, we can provide you with sheets.

The garden faces west. It is closed, without vis-à-vis.
Provision of a garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing.

A person will welcome you if we are not available. If you need, you can reach us by phone.
Rules of procedure: No smoking, not suitable for animals. No party or evening. Cleaning to be done when leaving (a cleaning deposit of 70 € will be requested on arrival and returned, at the latest, one week after departure).
The check-in time is generally from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Minimum stay of 5 nights (7 nights in july-august from saturday to saturday).
Sale of shellfish and crustaceans on the port.
Public transport to Guérande (20 kms), La Baule (30 kms - access to SNCF station)

The property is larger than the pictures on the website convey, and very well equipped

The stay was excellent. The restaurant is only 100 metres away, and the bar serving craft ales a further 50 metres. We enjoyed discovering the coastline to the south and the north across the Vilaine, the parc naturel and the Loire valley.

Lovely very spacious house in quiet estuary location

The helpful owners have ensured you will be comfortable. The house is large and airy and is well furnished to a good standard, with comfortable furniture and good beds. Lovely shower rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Ideal for a larger group with a big garden and plenty of outside seating. Reached readily from the various Ports, on good and easy roads, the little port area has a lovely and friendly bar/cafe L'annexe and a couple of other bars in the high season, and they are a few steps away from the house, overlooking the quiet estuary - very peaceful and pretty on a summer's day!! I highly recommend the house to anyone looking for peace and quiet, nice walking or cycling, but within reach of good beaches, a great supermarket, and pretty villages by car. The owner will provide linen and towels on request for which there is a charge.

Toller Erholung in Tréhigieur

Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden in Tréhigieur und haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider sind die Betten für uns etwas etwas schmal ausgefallen. In der Region sind viele Strände leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Ausflug nach La Roche-Bernard hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind immer zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend.

Ankommen und wohl fühlen

Wer Ruhe und ein wirklich perfekt ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Ferienhaus sucht, der ist in dem Ferienhaus von Veronique und Philippe genau richtig aufgehoben. Wir haben insgesamt mit 5 Erwachsenen 14 wunderschöne und erholsame Urlaubstage hier verbracht und uns hat es in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom ersten bis letzten Tag wirklich genießen können. Perfekt war auch die Infomappe mit detaillierten Informationen zum Haus und Tipps für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Durch die direkte Kontaktmöglichkeit zu Veronique konnten offene Fragen sehr schnell geklärt werden. Wir sind uns alle einig : Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Ein hübsches Haus in dem nichts fehlt.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem Haus, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Ausreichend Platz, gut konzipierte Aufteilung der Räume, super ausgestattete Küche. Schöner kleiner Ort, mit "dépôt de pain" in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern war von Vertrauen geprägt und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

Un super séjour en famille dans une vraie maison de vacances. Spacieuse bien conçue très joliment aménagée et décorée. Les cuisiniers que nous sommes ont apprécié l équipement très complet et impeccable. Des jeux des livres et beaucoup de petites attentions de nos hôtes très prévenants. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette propriété. Nos hôtes furent charmants et aux petits soins. La maison est adaptée à tous les âges et permet toutes les activités, vélo, kayak, randonnée, pêche à pieds, jeux de société, lecture....découverte de la région. Sehr schöne Woche

Das Haus war in einwandfreiem Zustand und war bestens ausgestattet, meines Erachtens besser als es die Bilder darstellen ! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin war sehr freundlich und informativ. Im nahegelegenen Penestin finden sich zahlreiche sehr gute Restaurants mit einem hervorragenden Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.
