Clear Lake City is home to many astronauts, scientists and other professionals who work at Johnson Space Center. Nestled near the relaxing water of Galveston Bay, yet just minutes from the bustle of Houston, this thriving community offers many amenities for business, families, boating and recreations. A Good Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house was well cared for and provided what we needed. The location was exactly where we needed to be. The one issue we had was trying to keep the thermostat set to the temperature that the host asked us to. We are from Boston and visiting Houston in June was very humid, so we were too hot.

One Month in Clear Lake Area

We had a nice stay at this lovely three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. Lots of room to relax. TV downstairs and 2 TVs upstairs. Two dining tables for easy computer space and eating. Full kitchen for cooking. Covered parking for one car in driveway. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Has washer & dryer. Theresa was very kind and the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Felt very secure and safe in the home and the neighborhood. Thank you for a very nice one month stay at your home.

Great place for a visit to Houston

Here's a list of noteworthy things about our stay. 1) The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. 2) Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with tennis courts. 3) Very comfortable beds and bedrooms. 4) Backyard is lovely with the koi pond. 5) Tea in the rooms was a very nice touch, although I don’t drink tea. 6) Instructions on how to get in were very well written. 7) Kitchen had everything we needed, mostly. Concern - with all of the beautiful, breakable decorations, it's not a good place for kids or older people who are unsteady on their feet. We were constantly afraid of breaking something.

Beautiful home & gracious hosts!

I spent 3 weeks in this lovely home 10 minutes from NASA & Theresa was a lovely host. Whatever question I had she was willing to help with. She made recommendations for activities for me, restaurants, yoga locations nearby & offered to take me out on the boat with her family. But due to my work schedule, it just didn't pan out. All the neighbors were so friendly & the home was super spacious! Even after the hurricane in which her home sustained minor damage, she still made the home inviting before my arrival & was just a treat to get to know. Be sure to do the NASA tour-it's really worth it but plan to spend the entire day there to really see everything.
