Magnificent villa for lovers of tranquility
Magnificent villa located in the quiet Sant Jordi d´Alfama urbanization.
The villa with modern and original architecture, has very spacious and bright spaces.
Distribution on a single floor with:
Hall, fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, utensils, miscellaneous, pots, pans...) and with a dining area with access to the garden, living room with TV, game room with billiards, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which with access to the garden and bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom with shower, 1 full bathroom with bathtub and laundry room.
1st floor with small work area.
The house has air conditioning in the 4 double bedrooms and WIFI.
Large plot with green areas of more than 4,000m2 with a large 5 x 11 paved pool, outdoor shower, covered parking and portable barbecue area.
Located 4km from the beaches and the town.
Bed and bath linen NOT INCLUDED. Reservation option €15/person

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Die Villa ist groß, geräumig, hell und sauber.
Die Zimmer bieten alle genug Platz um sich bequem einzurichten und in Ruhe zu schlafen. Die Zimmer haben zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber die Deckenventilatoren waren auch gut. Die Badezimmer waren alle sauber und sehr angenehm.
Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und hat einen TV, aber ohne deutschen Empfang. Dieses war uns aber nicht wichtig.
Die Küche hat eine schöne Kochinsel mit genügend Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfen und Kochmessern. Die Geräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. 2 Kühlschränke geben genügend Platz für Getränke und Lebensmittel.
Der große Garten ist schön um in etwas in die Ferne zu gucken. Drumherum sind viele Bäume und wenig Häuser. Allgemein ist es sehr ruhig in der Gegend. Der Pool ist sehr groß. Am Anfang war dieser leider noch nicht ganz sauber, aber sauber genug um entspannt zu schwimmen und für die Kinder zum planschen.
Die Gartenmöbel sind schon recht alt und haben einige Gebrauchsspuren. Allerdings sind diese alle sehr stabil und dienen ihren Zweck. Funktional okay. Der Holzkohle-Grill war vermutlich neu, zumindest das Rost, und somit sehr sauber. Grillzange und Co war alles vorhanden. Im Garten fehlte leider die Hängematte und der Tischtennis-Tisch, welche auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Leider sind die Tennisplätze in der Umgebung größtenteils sehr kaputt und nicht bespielbar. Die Strände und Buchten in ca. 3-5km Entfernung sind alle sehr schön. Cala Forn, Cala Sant Jordi und Cala Lo Ribellet sollte man besucht haben, wenn man ruhige Buchten sucht. Wenn man Essen gehen will oder abholen will, dann kann ich nur Bubas Pizzeria, Restaurant Friends und Pollos Isabel empfehlen.
Insgesamt ein schönes Haus und ein schöner Urlaub!

Magnifique villa
Un séjour agréable, située dans la forêt à 5 minutes de la mer
Là villas est très agréable mais dommage qu il n’y a pas de clim et aussi le mobilier extérieur vétuste .
