The apartment has two bedrooms, in one bedroom there is double bed, and in second is also double bed, and one pullout beds for two persons. The apartment is new and luxurious with a beautiful view on the Omiš and the island of Brač.

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung mit separatem Zugang und einer wunderbaren Aussicht.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Zur Info an die Vermieter, es könnte etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein, zwecks Auslastung des Geschirrspülers.

schöner Urlaub

Wir waren im Juli/August 2021 an diesem schönen Ort. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und es gab keine Probleme beim Checkin obwohl wir eine deutliche Anreiseverzögerung hatten. (Stau) Das Apartment war wie auf den Bilder beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber haben immer angeboten, dass wir uns melden können sobald etwas fehlt. Während des Aufenthalts wurden wir immer mal wieder gefragt ob etwas fehlt oder stört. Sehr nett vielen Dank. Wie beschrieben, das Apartment war sehr schön und die beiden Balkone super. Man hat eine tolle Aussicht! Der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände war immer frei, dies ist auch wichtig. Wer einen Sandstrand mag bekommt einen großen in der Nähe. Aber viel schöner sind die wunderschönen Steinstrände in oder hinter Omis Richtung Markashka. Jetski Parasailing, Sofa fahrten, aber auch Schiffstouren Wandern und Klettern sind möglich, es ist für jeden etwas dabei an diesem Ort. Weiterhin kann man aus weitere schöne Städte in der Nähe besuchen. Wir danken unserem Gastgeber noch einmal für den schönen Urlaub.

AMAZING STAY!!

We had an incredible time staying here. Zdravka (the owner) and her son spoke excellent English and great recommendations on what beaches, hikes and restaurants to go to. They were so helpful and kind! Their home was super clean comfortable, cozy and spacious. It had more than what we were expecting and was outfitted with all kinds of goodies. The views from both decks are absolutely AMAZING!! It was a short 10 min walk to the beach and a shorter walk to all amenities. We loved this home, and plan on coming back to stay longer! We give it a 10 out of 10 forsure!!!

Great place, nice and helpful owner, beautiful sea view

We spent a lovely holiday in Omiš. A huge thanks to Zdravka Samodol, who was extremely kind and helpful and who literally helped with everything. Thanks for the wonderful present as well, highly appreciated. :) This place was perfect, just as described with two full sea view balcony, we used almost always only one of them because one of the balconies has full privacy. There is a little shop very close to the apartment. We didn't come by car, so we needed to rent a motorbike because we visited the nearby beaches every day. Zdravka helped with the motorbike renting as well, thank you so much for that, too. :) I truly recommend this place to everyone, who want to spend a relaxing, nice holiday in Omiš.

Zeer fijne vakantie in Omis

2 weken in het mooie Omis vertoeft in leuke, nette woning. Wel was het flink klimmen en trappen lopen om van het dorp of strand bij het huis te komen. Jammer dat dit niet vermeld wordt in de beschrijving. Ondanks dit toch een leuke vakantie gehad. Verder was er de aardige, gastvrije eigenaresse die ons geweldig heeft geholpen met het geven van leuke tripjes om te doen. Konden haar alles vragen, niets was te veel. Dank je wel voor dat Zdravka 😘😘

Super Wohnung - Toller Ausblick - Klasse Vermieter

Wir waren mit 5 Personen (Eltern und Kinder 16/12/7) da. Einrichtung alles neu. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Schlafzimmer und großes Kinderzimmer (locker für drei Kinder). Kleiner Balkon, wo man abends geschützt sitzen kann, großer Balkon mit Hollywoodschaukel zum genießen. Über ca. 230 Stufen kann man in 15 Minuten den Stadtstrand zu Fuß gut erreichen. Wir haben das Auto benutzt. Parkplatz ist ja dabei und am Strand bezahlt man auf unbefestigter Fläche für den ganzen Tag nur 5 Kuna (ACHTUNG - nicht pro Stunde). Damit ist man eigentlich immer mobil und kommt bequem von der Anhöhe nach unten. Aber der Ausblick der Wohnung ist einfach unbezahlbar. Blick über das Meer, über Omisch und auf die Bergwand mit der Burg. Tag und nacht ein Bild, wie gemalt. Die Vermieter sind Weltklasse. Absolut zuverlässig und freundlich. Sie haben uns immer geholfen und waren per Whats App erreichbar. Da wir auch das erste mal in Kroatien waren, haben Sie uns auch gute Tips gegeben. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Moderne und saubere Wohnung.

Gut gelegen. Ruhig, aber die Fußgängerzone ist dennoch gut zu erreichen. Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr aufmerksam. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Auf dem Grundstück, nicht an der Straße.
