The apartment is located in the residence on the first floor of the main building - Palazzo - which you can reach on foot or by elevator. It has a large balcony with electrically operated awnings over the entire width. with a table, chairs and sun beds on which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. Dividing walls between the balconies ensure privacy.

Design
The apartment is comfortable, luxuriously furnished and has both air conditioning and heating. The apartment has a kitchen with coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave and electric 4 burner stove. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a jacuzzi bath, toilet and bidet. The living room has a TV, DVD player and Canal Digital decoder for receiving the Dutch channels. Here you can eat delicious food for a reasonable price or pick up a tasty pizza. The holiday park offers ample parking. For your daily shopping you can visit the well-stocked supermarket 200 meters away.

The beautiful nature in the immediate area invites you to go hiking, cycling or horse riding; Lake Lugano offers many opportunities for water sports and you can hit the ball on the tennis court five minutes from Porto Letizia.

Porlezza summer and winter
The picturesque town of Porlezza has around 5000 inhabitants. The boulevard of Porlezza is on Lake Lugano with many pleasant terraces and affordable restaurants. In the high season there is often something organized in the center of Porlezza, such as live music evenings, fireworks, boat shows and rallies. Every Saturday there is a pleasant market along the lake in Porlezza. There are also a number of nice discos for young people.
