With a picture perfect beach just 2 minutes walk away, and the best local restaurant just 2 minutes away, this authentic 4 bedroom villa sits tucked away in its own hidden location, at the far end of the picturesque village of Messaria with one of the best views in th islands.

All 4 bedrooms have direct access to the terracing and stunning views.

Ideal for an extended family (granny, grandad, mum, dad and kids) or a group of friends.

The Villa is divided into two houses connected by a beautiful Veranda. Can sleep 8 people. Including two family rooms (each with 2 single beds), and two doubles. Has 5 Terraces of which 2 have breathtaking views.

You can easily walk to Psili Amos, probably the best beach in the island, either via a semi-private and panoramic road or via the main 400 meters dirt road.

The Villa is baby-friendly. My lovely little son is staying here with us this year, and so there is a cot with safety mattress, cotton blankets an at-table baby seat etc etc

its a simple home-from-home in an authentic Villa.

A wonderful house in a magical island

Nicola’s villa in Schinoussa is simply stunning: roomy, comfortable, immaculate, well organised but also so welcoming and tastefully decorated. Location was perfect for us: 5’ away from a most wonderful beach, with fantastic sea views from the roof terrace and a simple but superb taverna next door. We were two families with teen age children and we all really enjoyed walking from the house to all the beaches and towns across the island. Schinoussa is very special place that you would never want to leave, unspoiled, authentic and friendly, starting from Nicola , Maria and her husband, who welcomed us on our arrival and were always available for us throughout our stay. Grazie mille!

Why they chose this property

I've been traveling around Greece for the last 35 years. I arrived in Schoinousa 12 years ago and felt completely in Love. Since then I came back year after year. 5 Years ago finally the island old fisherman, Dimitri, decided that I was worth being the owner of his "countryside retreat". We spent two years restructuring this beautiful property in the village of Messaria (20 inhabitants) and finally 3 years ago we spent our first summer there. every minute spent here was worth all sacrifices and efforts we had to endure to see our project realised. We want to share our house with other people in love with the idea of spending high quality time in an island that exist only in dreams and movies. The house and island are a dream. Properly unique
