Villa dei Sapori with pool in the rolling hills of Marche, 45 minutes from the Adriatic Coast

Villa dei Sapori is a spacious country house with pool near Pergola, in the province of Pesaro e Urbino, in the northern part of the Marche region. This villa is located in a very quiet and private position, surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Marche and a few steps from the town center of Pergola, a town famous for its Museum of Bronzi Dorati (gilded bronzes).
There are many destinations to visit in the surroundings: historic towns such as Urbino, Corinaldo, Mondavio, Gradara, Arcevia; suggestive landscapes of the Nature Reserve of the Furlo Gorge, the Frasassi Caves and the Apennines; the promenade and the long beaches of Senigallia, Fano, Pesaro, as well as Sirolo and Numana in the charming Riviera del Conero.
This area is particularly renowned for its food and wine specialties: the territory boasts fine wines with the denomination Pergola DOC. Moreover every year in October the town hosts the National Fair of the Fine White Truffle of Pergola and Local Products. In this area you can also find many wineries and farms where you can taste wines, extra virgin olive oil, honey, jams, cured meats and cheeses directly from the producer.
The villa is surrounded by a big garden with lawn, olive and fruit trees. The pool, equipped with loungers, is the perfect place to relax, enjoying the quiet and the colors of nature. A big mulberry frames the outdoor area with table and chairs, next to the villa, where you can comfortably eat outside. At guests' disposal a barbecue and a wood-burning oven.
The property is fully fenced with a wire mesh.
The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The rooms are spacious and with authentic furniture renovated with care by the owner.
The ground floor is composed of a big living room with sofa, fireplace and TV, a further living room with sofa, a dining room, a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle. This floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
On the first floor there is a living area with sofas, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, 3 bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with bathtub.
In each bedroom can be added a single bed with extra charge.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week) € 50,00 per stay; extra bed (more than 14 people) € 90,00 per person/week; heating consumption; firewood (kg.100) € 18,00; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 400,00

Extra services on request (fee-paying service): the owner is available for guided tour to local producers, tour to wineries for wine tasting, visit to terracotta studio, excursions organized upon request.
On request the owner organizes with extra charge theme lunches or dinners, horse rides, truffle hunting with tasting.

Check-In: from 4.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m to 9.30 a.m.
