PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Emanuela is a lovely private villa with pool in Le Marche, that was renovated in comfortable and functional style. Set in a dominant position with an extraordinary open view over the wonderful countryside of Le Marche, this accommodation is perfect for holidays with family or friends in a spirit of total relaxation and simplicity, among breathtaking sceneries and close to important historic centres such as the city of Urbino. At the guests’disposal an outdoor kitchen with sink and barbecue, a well equipped porch with tables, chairs and sofas for al fresco dinners. The large garden is completed by a panoramic pool with Roman stairs.

The structure is set on two levels. On the ground floor there is a practical kitchen with dining area, a wide living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one with the possibility to add bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Through internal stairs you access the lower floor with double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and laundry area. Air conditioning is available in three bedrooms.

A wonderful house

A wonderful house, an enormous, well-kept and beautiful garden and views to die for! We particularly noticed little details such as the lovely roses planted around the swimming-pool fence which soften the view from the house and the rest of the garden; also the well-placed groups of seats and trees allowing visitors to enjoy the various stunning views. Antonio, the owner, has also promised to install an electric car-charging point next year as the ones in the local village didn’t seem to work. Our party of 6 adults and three little boys had a wonderful holiday with everything we could possibly want. And we really recommend eating at the local Agroturismo restaurant. We also enjoyed visiting San Marino, Urbino, Faro in the coast and the aquarium in Cattolica. We would definitely go back.

Très belle maison dans un environnement sublime. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines mi-octobre. Nous avons eu passablement froid dans la maison malgré les frais de chauffage de 25 euros par jour que nous avons payé. Toutefois nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Schöne, grosse Villa; perfekt für eine grosse Familie, passend sowohl für Erwachsene als auch für Kinder und Hunde. Ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht. Grosszügige Anlage mit Pool. Alles liebevoll gepflegt. Genügend Zimmer und Badezimmer, so dass jede/r seine Intimsphäre hatte. Einzig der Backofen bereitete uns etwas Mühe. Dies ist jedoch eine Bagatelle.

Spektakuläre Lage mit tollem Panorama Blick in die Ferne und beeindruckenden Sonnenuntergängen. Viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten und ein Traum von einer Outdoor Küche. Als Hobbykoch hat man große Freude daran. Das Haus liegt abgeschieden und man ist für sich, trotzdem ist man schnell im nächsten Supermarkt. Tischkicker und Tischtennis haben für heiße Wettbewerbe gesorgt ;)

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Für uns war es perfekt! Ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes Haus, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Region um Fermignano ist ein Traum, wenn man auf der Suche nach Ruhe inmitten der Natur ist. Der Ort ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es gibt tolle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und freitags einen Wochenmarkt – dessen Besuch sich lohnt, wenn man ausgiebig in das italienische Leben eintauchen möchte. Umliegend gibt es weitere sehr schöne, typisch italienische Orte – unbedingt anschauen. Die Zeit war viel zu schnell vorüber und wir haben es nicht geschafft, die Gegend komplett zu erkunden. Wir kommen wieder. Antonio ist ein herausragender Gastgeber! Er hält den Garten und den Pool täglich sauber und sehr gepflegt. Er ist vorm Aufstehen da und unsichtbar für die Gäste. Man merkt, dass er mit Leidenschaft und Liebe dabei ist. Vielen Dank dafür!

Fantastisk beliggende hus med den smukkeste udsigt.

Du ser ingen naboer og føler du har bjergene og solnedgangen helt for dig selv, enten med et glas vin i hånden eller mens du aftenbader med ungerne i den lækre pool. Virkelig skønt! Man kan også nogle gange høre heste og grise fra agriturismoet lidt længere nede af bjerget - virkelig hyggeligt (og de laver god mad i gåafstand). Poolen blev rengjort hver tidlig morgen af ejer, så den var lækker med det smukkeste udsigt og dejlig lavendel- og rosmarin-eng med sommerfugle i baggrunden. Velholdt smuk have med massere skyggepladser med gode udemøbler at slænge sige i. Gode senge og mega dejlig terrasse lige uden for køkkenet hvor alle måltider indtages. Praktisk vaskerum, med god tørresnor lige udenfor, og hvor badedyr kunne opbevares over natten ???? Alt i alt et dejligt hus med den vildeste have, pool og ikke mindst udsigt! ❤️

Das Haus und die Lage waren so wie im Portal beschrieben. Das Haus war geräumig, sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet. Es war schön kühl und hatte viel Platz Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, ich habe selten so eine gut ausgestattete Küche in Ferienhäusern gesehen. Ein Traum war der Garten, super gepflegt mit wunderschönen Rosen, Labendel und Rosmarien. Es gab sogar frische Küchenkräuter, die wir nehmen durften. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool, der angenehme 26 Grad hatte, gesäubert. Im Garten gab es ebenso wie im Haus viele schöne Details mit Pflanzen und kleine Sitzgruppen. Ganz besonders gut war die Outdoor Küche, sie ließ ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Besitzers, der auch die Anlage pflegt. Jede Anfrage per WhatsApp wurde schnell beantwortet und wenn nötig kam er selbst am Nachmittag vorbei um zu helfen. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandung, wir können guten Gewissens 10 Punkte vergeben, wenn es ginge sogar mehr. Uschi Braun mit Familie

Lage war wunderschön, etwas abgelegen, ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht!Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und wird ebenso gepflegt. Wunderschöne Rosen, Lavendel, Ginster und Rosmarin.Schatteninseln mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein schöner Außenpool, sogar Badehandtücher für den Pool waren vorhanden.Das Haus, ebenso mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist sehr komfortabel, die Betten sind bequem und es gibt 3 Badezimmer.Zu erwähnen ist noch die Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und die super Outdoor Küche.Der Betreuer des Hauses pflegt jeden Tag den Pool und die Außenanlagen. Hilft, wenn man Hilfe benötigt und kümmert sich darum.Wir haben uns alle wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Ein echter Juwel im Herzen der Toskana. Atemberaubender Ausblick und tolles, gepflegtes Grundstück! Innen ist alles sauber und es fehlt an nichts! Der Pool bietet wunderbare Abkühlung an warmen Tagen! Supermärkte, Cafés etc. sind 5min Autofahrt entfernt. Antonio ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der uns immer geholfen hat und jederzeit erreichbar war! Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Sehr schön!

Wir haben in den Herbstferien coronabedingt sehr spontan nach einer Unterkunft in Italien gesucht. So kamen wir eher überraschend in diese Gegend und haben es keinesfalls bereut. Das Haus von Antonio ist großzügig und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick! Für die Kinder gibt es neben dem Pool auch ein Fußballtor und eine Tischtennisplatte. Alles ist äußerst gepflegt und Antonio ist stets ansprechbar, wie auch Alice von der Agentur. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Zu unserem Glück gab es auch eine Fußbodenheizung, da es im Oktober doch etwas kühler wurde. Wie würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Urlaub in Casa Emanuela

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub, das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber, alles vorhanden was man brauch. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kam jeden Tag um den Pool zu pflegen. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal und man hat seine Ruhe. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. In ca 5 min ist ein Supermarkt.
