The spacious apartment has an outdoor courtyard with flowerbeds and a shaded veranda, furnished with table and chairs, of exclusive property.

interior consists of large furnished living room with dining room,
kitchen and 1 double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with twin beds, and 1
bathroom with shower .

The
vacation home Casa Messapica Bilo is located in the historic center of
Ugento, along one of the main streets of the ancient town within walking
distance of all the main architectural and cultural attractions of the
town, in Lower Salento. All the main services are present in Ugento.
The
nearest beach is Torre San Giovanni, Ugento`s famous marina on the
Ionian Sea, just 4 km away. Very close are all the most beautiful
beaches on that stretch of coast such as Torre Mozza, Lido Marini and
Pescoluse.





- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with other 2 houses, separated by plants and flowers.
