Our ground floor apartment, located in a building with an elevator, within a residence offering three pools, a bar, tennis courts, and a kids' play area, is just 1 km from the beach. Ideal for six-eight guests, it features A/C, two terraces with direct playground access, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with large fridge, TV, a microwave, one double bedroom, second bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space per booking. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decorations and colours may vary). °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
