Beautiful recent house 200m from the beach of Pentrez

Ideally located, renting a recent independent bright house (6 people) on a closed and raised ground of 800m2
The house is at the entrance to the peninsula CROZON, 200m (2 minutes walk) from the large sandy beach of PENTREZ.
the lifeguard was a 2-minute walk and offers many leisure activities (sailing, surfing, yachting ...)

The house is secluded from the main road with very little overlooked and sheltered from the wind, which will ensure you quiet and relaxing holidays.
To make your stay pleasant, the decoration on the theme of the sea has been carried out carefully.

kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher) and equipped, living / dining room, powder room, garage with laundry (washing machine and dryer) and shower

- Upstairs :
3 bedrooms (2 beds and 2 bunk beds 1 person) and a bathroom with toilet. One room has a TV connected to a PlayStation and features a dozen typically fun children.

- Outside :
A large garden, a terrace with sunbeds and garden table.

The situation of the town to the limit of Porzay, the Châteaulin basin and the Crozon peninsula makes it an ideal starting point for hikers, whether on foot or by bicycle, for diverse and interesting excursions .
Also within 50km you can enjoy the magnificent sites that offer our region (Crozon peninsula, Pointe du Raz, Bay of Souls ...). Guests can also visit the towns of character (Locronan, Quimper and Pont Croix).
