The apartment of 90 sqm is located on the 7th floor with a magnificent panorama on the seafront. The large loggia in which you enjoy to take your meals and rest will allow you to make the most of the stunning views.
Ideal for 6 people, the apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with double bed, a closed loggia with 2 single beds (which you can basically use outside of the summer season), a sofa bed in the living room, a shower room with toilets and an American kitchen.
The apartment was completely refurbished in spring 2016 in a contemporary style; the bedding is very good and you will spend peaceful nights. The kitchen is equipped for your greatest comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge-freezer large capacity, varied and new dishes, ...
Sheets and towels are provided against a payment of 30 € uros upon booking or handing over the keys. It will be necessary to specify a week before taking the lease if you wish to retain this option.
The apartment is air conditioned and well soundproofed.
You will have privileged access to the residence swimming pool and a reserved parking space and secure.
The apartment is not equipped with WIFI. On the other hand, a WIFI terminal with free access is available near the apartment; many shops also offer free WIFI.
