THE HOUSE GLEAMING IN THE RAYS OF THE SETTING SUN

Modern and fully equipped house with outstanding sea and sunset view in Santambroggio, Corsica. Marine de Santambroggio is a small village in a natural harbor in the north-west side of Corse, halfway between Calvi and Ile Rousse (10 km each). The house can host 4 to 6 people and is composed by a living room with double sofa bed, a bed room with a double bed and a 1.50 m high mezzanine with two beds. It has air conditioning, satellite TV, kitchenette with microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and hair-dryer. To compete the setting there is a large terrace (25 m2) with sunscreen cover, furnished with tables and chairs, giving access to the garden with its barbecue. It also has a reserved parking place. Nearest access to the sea (rocky coast) is about 80m far, wide the nearest white sandy beach is 500m far or 5-10 min walking.
On request bed linen and towels are provided upon payement of 50 € .

Very nice holiday home

We (a family of four) had two weeks in this very nice and clean holiday house. The garden ist also nice, the whole residence is well maintained. The owner Luigi is a perfect host, he managed everything to our satisfaction.

Schöne Aussicht

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen.Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden.Die Kommunikation mit Luigi hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach herrlich. Wir (4 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene) kommen sehr gerne wieder.

vue splendide inoubliable

Nous connaissons la Marine depuis 30 ans et des vues mer nous en avons connu plus d'une, mais là j'avoue que celle de l'appartement de Luigi est incroyable ! l'exposition est parfaite car le soleil nous frôle gentiment qu'à partir de 16h, donc à l'ombre du petit déjeuner au déjeuner jusqu'à la sieste !! Nous avons passé 15 jours formidables, par chance nous n'avions pas de voisins, donc le calme y régnait à chaque instant ! Luigi est un hôte très réactif qui a le soucis du bien-être de ses locataires. le seul bémol portera sur le manque de vaisselle (fourchettes, bols, plat genre tourtière pour faire des quiches par ex.). Nos "grands" enfants nous ont rejoins pour la 2ème semaine et nous avons tous ensemble bien profités. La literie est très confortable ! Pour 5 adultes le logement était parfait et suffisant puisque nous vivons essentiellement dehors. Nous y reviendrons avec un très grand plaisir ! La vue nous manque déjà....

Perfekter Sonnenuntergang

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und ruhig mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren, Stadtausflüge und tolle kleine Buchten am Meer. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Nach langer Anreise war direkt nach Ankunft Erholung angesagt an einem wunderschönen Ort . Eine Terrasse mit gigantischem Ausblick, eine Wohnung mit allem Komfort den man sich wünscht. Sehr netter und prompter Empfang vor Ort direkt nach Ankunft. Reibungslose Kommunikation und Ablauf, auch als etwas an der Wohnung kaputt ging. Wir sagen DANKE für zwei tolle Wochen und kommen sicher wieder 🤗

Sehr schöne Lage

Die Wohnung und die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Ein Traumhafter Blick von der sehr großen Terrasse aufs Meer :) Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, sauber, ausreichend für 2 Personen und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht !

Accueil par Josiane parfait je dirais même merveilleux. La maison ou appartement selon comment on voit les choses est très bien avec une vue magnifique. Tout est parfait. La seule chose qui est à souligner c’est la proximité avec les terrasses voisines, la première rien à dire ce sont des personnes âgées très discrètes et sympathiques qui ne sont pratiquement pas la de la journée. Par contre la terrasse suivante est une location et en fonction des personnes sur qui on tombe cela peut être très gênant et bruyant. C’est le seul point noir de notre séjour.

Tolle Aussicht und sehr schöne Terrasse

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren Töchtern (13 und 16) im Juni zu Gast und haben dort einen wunderschönen, ruhigen Urlaub verbracht. Das größte Plus der Ferienwohnung ist die Lage (der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft) und die große, gemütliche, überdachte Terrasse. Wir wurden vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut. Als die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte wurde der Mangel gleich am nächsten Tag behoben. Was vielleicht erwähnenswert ist, v.a. wenn man mit Jugendlichen reist: es gab kein WLAN. Auch waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht standardmäßig vorhanden. Es war aber kein Problem diese vor Ort gegen Gebühr zu erhalten. In der Nähe (15-20 Min. zu Fuss) gibt es verschiedene sehr gute Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel frisch und regional zu kaufen (Bäcker, Metzger, frischen Fisch, Gemüse, Wein, Käse). Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert, wird kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Très bel endroit, location très agréable

Vue magnifique de la terrasse , accueil très agréable de la part de josiane et Luigi (par téléphone). Abritel spécifiait linge fourni et wifi ce qui n'était pas le cas. Heureusement Josiane a pu nous dépanner pour le linge. Il serait souhaitable d'avoir plus de verres et plats (aucun plat), un aspirateur et fer a repasser également.

Pour un malentendu entre VRBO et ABRITEL n’etait pas passé l’information que internet n’etait pas fourni et que la linge etait fourni avec un petit supplement.
