About this property

Located on the pond of the fishermen's island in Barcarès, 800 meters from the sea and the door of Spain. The holiday residence welcomes you on sunny and quiet private sites. You will find on the spot, a supermarket, a launderette, restoration (snack and restaurant).
The water park is composed of 2 outdoor pools including a heated, slides, jacuzzi, steam room / sauna and gym, mini golf, mini football field and petanque. (open from April to October)

Nearby a cinema, casino, discotheque, accrobranches and water park are less than 5 minutes away.
The marina of 33 m2 consists on the ground floor of a corner with kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher ...), a living room with sofa bed, TV and separate toilet.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 bunk beds. A bathroom with shower.

Outside, a private fenced garden with covered terrace.

Super séjour au Barcarès

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont restés disponibles en cas de soucis tout au long du séjour. La location est idéalement située ce qui nous a permis de faire beaucoup de balades dans la région. Bref, je conseille !
