Very nice comfortable apartment on the beach, quiet and luxury location.
The Grenada residence in Coudalère, is located on the shores of the Lac Marin and its beach, 100 m from the swimming pool, tennis courts, shops, restaurants and sports grounds and 1000 m from the sea. It enjoys a panoramic view of the Pyrenees chain and the Canigou peaking at more than 2800 m

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires ,avec une vue qui est juste magnifique. Dans un cadre reposant, vous avez tout à porté de main : une supérette, des restaurants, piscine, animation le soir... Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Superbe vue du logement

Logement très bien situé, vue sur l'étang et la chaîne de montagne au loin, idéal pour partir d'un point à un autre, supérette, restaurant, piscine tout à côté, studio très bien aménagée pour 4 maxi. Très content de notre séjour, à refaire !!!!

LIEU REPOSANT AVEC VUE SUR LE LAC MARIN

Petit studio simple et propre , très bien pour 3 pers. voulant bien dormir ds la même pièce. Qd à l extérieur très belle vue avec grande terrasse. Piscines 2 grands bassins + patogoire et mer pas loin... Le quartier fait penser à un club vacance, où il y a pratiquement tout sur place . TRES REPOSANT. A conseiller !

Petit studio,bien équipé,face au lac avec une terrasse qui vous permet de prendre tous vos repas à l'extérieur avec devant vous,une carte postale. Le lac majestueux et ses amateurs de planches à voile et en arriere plan le mont canigou. Que du bonheur. Quant aux propriétaires,trés chaleureux,de bons conseils pour vos visites,en sachant rester trés discrets. Ma compagne et moi conseillons cette location sans modération. A trés bientôt au Barcares. De woning is netjes en compleet ingericht. fijne douche in bad. de studio heeft een mooi uitzicht. Terras overdag wel warm/zonnig, maar 's-avonds heerlijk. Locatie is voor windsurfers ideaal. Veel activiteiten tijdens zomermaanden elke avond op de locatie en in omgeving. Ook geschikt voor kinderen (klein en oudere). Een prima week gehad hier. De eigenaar/buurman is erg aardig.

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment très agréable!!! La location était super;propre,bien agencée et très bien située. Son plus est bien sur la terrasse dont nous avons pleinement profité.Nous n'avions qu'a pousser le portillon pour se retrouver sur la promenade et rien de tel que de pouvoir prendre petit dejeuné face a la mer!! Pleins d'activités sont a découvrir a proximité;voile,jetski,spectacles et des marchés presque tout les jours ainsi que le soir. Nous recommandons cette location a toute personne qui souhaiterait découvrir ce magnifique endroit qu'est la barcares

Nous sommes vraiment tristes que vous n'ayez pas aprécié votre sejour comme la majorité de nos invités qui confirme l'alignement de l'annonce avec la prestation. Nous maitrison couramment l'anglais et regrettons de ne pas maitriser l'allemand pour faciliter la communication. A votre arrivée vous avez rencontré un problème d'ouverture de porte car la poignée necessite d'etre relevée pour enclencher la clé. Il s'avère que ce désagrémentr a sucité une image négative dès votre arrivée. Pout des raisons personnelles, vous avez decidé de quitter précipitemment l'appartement en laissant l'appartement ouvert. Nous vous avons proposé de revenir gracieusement à une autre saison et vous avez refusé notre proposition. Nous sommes évidemment décu et désolé de n'avoir pas réussi à vous satisfaire.
