NEWLY RENOVATED 5 bedroom, 4 bath Montauk beach home is new to the rental market for summer 2023 with ocean views and a short walk towards town. This stylish family-friendly home features a state of the art kitchen, open living room with cathedral ceilings, reclaimed hardwood floors, large master bedroom suite, as well as an au pair suite. The outdoor entertaining space includes gorgeous kitchen featuring Argentinian-style grill, fire pit, jacuzzi/hot tub and ample lounge seating.

Our home is perfect for multiple families staying together with dedicated children's bunk room, play room and nanny/au pair suite. We live on a quiet street with a fenced in backyard that's perfect for playing and when the children are off to sleep, the outdoor space with hot tub, fire pit, Argentinian-style grill and lounge seating will keep the adults entertained :).

Short springtime getaway

This is the perfect montauk home. It was a great size with multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Updated throughout, with a beautiful backyard. Plenty to do in and outside the house too. The host Caroline is very personable and easy to communicate with. We will without a doubt be staying here again!

Memorable Montauk Thanksgiving!

We had an amazing time at Caroline and Peter's property! We came out from Huntington Beach, California to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter who goes to school at Hofstra University. The check-in process was seamless and Caroline and Peter responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our pre-trip questions, making it unnecessary to contact them during our stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and welcome postcard! Their home greeted us with beautiful natural light thanks to all of the windows and doors and felt light, bright, and airy while also being cozy! The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi nightly and we enjoyed the fire pit! The only thing we didn't realize from the on-line description was the proximity to the main highway, but it wasn't bothersome and we still enjoyed a beautiful view to the ocean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We easily got around the island with our rental car and enjoyed Montauk, East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor during our stay. Thank you for a memorable Thanksgiving with our family in your beautiful home!

Great house for a family trip

This house is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. You can see the level of detail and thought put into this house. It’s perfect to enjoy with a fairly large group with plenty of living space, indoors and outdoors. It’s also a great location, it far from town or the beach. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay again. One note, bring ice with you! For such a big beautiful house, there’s no ice maker, so pick up some ice on your way.

Hailing from Ireland and Tennessee, we've made Montauk our new home away from home. We primarily live in NYC when we're not spending time here. We love traveling, adventure and outdoor/sporty activities.

Why they chose this property

We've poured a lot of ourselves into this home. Constantly making improvements! It's been a labor of love since we closed in 2014, and we'd love to share our homes with others. All of our renters thus far have had a wonderful time. It's a special place that we hope you'll consider renting.
