A beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse facing Lake Memphremagog. Cross the quiet street and you are in the park on the lake. Bring your chairs and books! The back of the unit faces the river. Bring your paddle boats! Walk to downtown along the path in front of the lake. This is the best location you can find in Magog! 3 bedrooms, one with King size bed, one with 2 twin beds and 1 double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line dishes, pots and pans and appliances. Cute back porch to eat your breakfast on while looking at the river with Mont Orford in the background. There are 3 units in this building, the one you are renting is on the left side of the building! There is a limit of 6 people in this unit. 2 Per bedroom.

Endroit très correct sauf quelques petits pépins

Propriété très bien et cuisine très bien fournie. Cependant pour accéder à la propriété, il faut absolument un téléphone cellulaire qui avec l’aide d’une application spéciale permet d’ouvrir la porte. Malgré une boîte dans lequel se trouvait une clef en cas de problème, nous n’avons jamais été capable d’ouvrir cette boîte. Car elle était défectueuse.

We had a great four days in Magog and were able to walk to wherever we wanted - even with the grandkids to the beaches. It was a ten minute walk to the downtown where there are lots of restaurants and bars. The condo listing is accurate and the space is larger than expected. It was really hot however the fans provided made it comfortable for all of us. It was very clean and nice when we arrived (and left). We would rent this property again on another visit to the area for a family group. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to have a bbq available.

Fabulous location close to everything!

We were five women on a cycling trip to the Eastern Townships and this townhome was perfect...close to the cycling trail, close to kayaking, within walking distance to the beach and downtown Magog. We used it as a base to cycle the Route Verte to Mount Orford, North Hatley and Sherbrooke. The accommodations were very clean and we took turns cooking dinner every night...it worked perfectly!

IDEAL ACCOMODATION FOR 6 ADULTS

We were 2 married couples + 2 single females. There were 3 bedrooms; 1w/ensuite, the other 2 rooms shared a bathroom - and there was also 2 piece washroom on the main floor. This arrangement worked very well for the 6 of us. The other feature that was very much appreciated, was the large well equipped kitchen which allowed us to make our own breakfasts, and 1 or 2 other lighter meals. The large dining room table was also ideal for card games as a group. It was a beautiful quiet setting overlooking the lake, with a very nice walkway into town or to the large boat that was offering dinner cruises on Lake Memphremagog - which we enjoyed immensely as well. Our group goes on a sibling retreat once each year for 3 - 5 days, and recommend this location & this accomodation as one of the best we have experienced. Thank You!

Our family has loved our vacations in Magog but the children are now adults and we just don't spend as much time there as we once did. We have decided to rent it on a limited basis to people who are looking for a magical vacation experience!

Why they chose this property

There isn't a nicer location in Magog. Lots of room for the family. Walk across the quiet street to a beautiful quiet park in front of the lake. Views from the rear porch are amazing. Have breakfast looking at Mont Orford. Grab your chair and walk 2 minutes to the beach. So close to the house ducking back inside for a cold drink takes a minute!

What makes this property unique

The walking/bike/skating path is 500 feet away at the end of the road! Our kids use to put their skates on inside the house, walk down the road and skate their hearts out. Ride your bike to downtown for some shopping, lunch or dinner! You can't beat this location. Enough room inside the unit and lots of room to play outside! You are at the lake!
