Location and outside area



A lovely rustic style cottage located just off the Nerja - Frigiliana road. The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Nerja (2 km) are only 5 minutes drive. For those who prefer not to take the car every days, there is also a bus stop and restaurant nearby (100m). The villa enjoys a sunny position with wonderful views from the shaded veranda out to Nerja and the Mediterranean, making this a perfect spot for your alfresco dinners. A built-in barbecue and patio furniture is provided. At the rear, you'll enjoy the same lovely sea views at the private pool (5 x 3m) and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers.







Note: unobtrusive traffic sounds may be heard outside.







Inside and lay-out



The villa is smartly furnished with a cosy, rustic ambiance. There is a living/dining room with sofa, wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. A breakfast bar separates the living from the kitchen equipped with 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. There is double bedroom and a full bathroom. The washing machine is placed in an utility room.
