Suite in ancient noble palace
The Palazzo D'Agostino B&B is an elegant residence located on the first floor of a large eighteenth-century building in the heart of the ancient village of Pollutri, which belonged to the Barons Sabelli and for a hundred years to the D'Agostino family. Romantic and fascinating place, testimony of a specific historical period but also of an asset that has kept intact the characteristics of the time and the spirit of the place.
The Suite, called "Suite San Nicola", is ideal for a family because it consists of a double room and a twin passage room, a white living room with a medieval flavor overlooking the patio, a nice bathroom with shower, a balcony overlooking the square. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and free wi fi, free public parking in the square in front. Renovated by enhancing the original architectural elements and materials, the house offers guests maximum comfort, comfortable beds and new bathroom, original furniture and floors, vaulted ceilings, decorated walls. The TV is in the common room. The entrance, almost a Spanish patio, evokes distant atmospheres because everything speaks of the ancient origins of the house, and so does the old cistern in the courtyard, the wide staircase, and then the view and then the fireplace ...
The interiors, with attention to detail, have been restored keeping the original floors and vaulted ceilings, the furniture of the family that has owned it for almost a century. A holiday in this house is a very pleasant experience, the ideal starting point to go to the sea on one of the many beaches of the Costa dei Trabocchi - between San Vito and Vasto - choosing an isolated cove every day among the rocks, the sand and the bathing establishments of the nearby Casalbordino, or the splendid Punta Aderci, natural reserve. To then live - if you wish - the life of the country, go hiking in the mountains or reach the restaurants in the historic center of Vasto in the evening.
The sea is only 6 km away and the highway 5 (A 24, exit Vasto Nord).
