The apartment is on the second floor of a recently renovated building situated in the third courtyard (preserved clay) of an ancient and quiet Milan village not far from the dock, the Navigli and the fashion district. An island of silence and peace located in the most vibrant area of ​​the city center.

A great ampartment in an excellent location

This property is brilliantly located, only minutes from a major tram stop, which allows easy access all over the city. The surrounding area of Navigli is cool, and vibrant, with so many excellent cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself is located in a quiet courtyard. First impressions may lead you to believe it will be noisy - but it isn't - it is peaceful and very pleasant. The apartment is spacious for two, with recently modernised kitchen and bathroom, yet retains charm and some old details. it is well equipped - and linens, towels etc are of a good quality. The owner could not be more helpful and friendly - throughout the whole process, providing excellent directions and a friendly, personal welcome. Would certainly return.

Tolles Apartment, tolle Lage, Toller Host

Wir waren zu dritt für ein langes Wochenende in Mailand und haben mit Andreas Apartment die perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Mailand sind zu Fuß erreichbar, ganz in der Nähe finden sich viele Restaurants und Bars. Da sich die Wohnung in einem Innenhof befindet, ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht! Andrea war immer gut erreichbar und die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un bel appartement très bien situé

Andrea est sympathique et accueillant. Son appartement est très bien situé, à 5 minutes du quartier animé des canaux (Navigli). Le lieu est calme. L'appartement est très récent, bien équipé, joli et spacieux. Un logement idéal pour visiter Milan !

Sehr zufrieden, beautiful!

Wir waren mit dem Appartement San Gottardo Nr. 3 äußerst zufrieden. Wir haben vorab reichliche Informationen zur Umgebung erhalten. Vom Vermieter wurden wir freundlichst empfangen. Das Appartement ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man zum Wohnen in Mailand benötigt. Es liegt zentral und selbst zu Fuß ist das Zentrum mit dem Mailänder Dom in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat die Atmosphäre an den 3 unmittelbar angrenzenden Wasserkanälen sehr gefallen. In den Abendstunden trifft sich dort Jung und Alt. Und obwohl die Geselligkeit bis zur Morgendämmerung einhergeht, gestattet es die Lage des Appartements im abends abgeschotteten Innenhof die nötige Ruhe in der lebhaften Stadt Mailand zu finden. Ein großes Lob an den Vermieter Andrea. Sehr zu empfehlen. Barbara & Michael We were extremely pleased with the apartment San Gottardo No. 3. We have received advanced information about the environment. We were kindly received by the owner of the apartment. This is stylishly decorated and has everything you need to live in Milan. It is centrally located and even on foot, the Centre with the Milan Cathedral is accessible in 20 minutes. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the channels in the neighbourhood. In the evenings, young and old meet there. And although the socializing goes until dawn, allows the location of the apartments in the evening closed courtyard to the necessary peace and quiet in the vibrant city of Milan.
