This apartment has recently been upgraded with new furnishings in March 2024. A new cooker, sofas and new curtains in the bedrooms. A new fridge, coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker was also added. The apartment has just had a new bathroom fitted in April 2025. A very well equipped first floor apartment in an ideal location on this sought after complex. Situated on the outside of the complex the apartment benefits from morning to mid afternoon sun and cool shade in the late afternoon.

Located 0.6 miles from the beach of Paphos.

Central Paphos is a 10-minute walk while shops and restaurants are at 450 yards.
The furnished private balcony allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find private sun loungers and umbrellas, it also includes a small baby pool. The sun loungers have been replaced in August 2024 with 20 new loungers. A playground is provided for younger guests.

The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including Internet based TV system (with uk channels), private super fast Wifi, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker,a large seating area with two large sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen including induction hob, oven large fridge freezer and microwave and washing machine. There is also a coffee machine available as well.

There is also the use of a cool box for trips to the beach if needed.

Bedroom 1 is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is provided with a king size double, fully fitted wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

The lounge area also benefits from air-conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length walk in shower.

There is a travel cot in the apartment if you are travelling with Children who still need to use a cot all we ask is that you bring your own bedding. If you do need anything for baby while you are out in Cyprus like toys, steriliser for bottles, bottles, pushchair, car seats if you haven't rented them from the car rentals, bouncers anything for baby these can be rented from us and put in the apartment for you for your arrival just ask. There is also a booster seat for toddlers to sit at the table and eat. If you need a high chair this can also be rented just let me know,

This great apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped to a high standard for both families and couples alike. Just a short stroll to the nearby bars, restaurants and the beach!!

If you would like a welcome pack to be in the apartment for when you arrive would you please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as you can so we can arrange this for you. This is charged and i can add this to your bill at anytime.

If you do require a late checkout after 10am please let us know and if we can offer a late checkout (no other guests are going into the apartment on the same day as your departure) Then we can arrange this for you.

There will be an extra charge for a late checkout of £20.00.

The towels and bedding are provided. Free Wifi and aircon and heating are also provided.
