Nice Stay

It was a really nice stay in a wonderful house with everything we needed. It was comfortable, clean and with enough space. The contact with Massimo was really easy and he cared really good about us and our stay.

Le logement était très bien, encore mieux que sur les photos, qui ne mets pas les lieux tant en valeur !La maison est au milieu des champs, environnement très calme donc. La piscine est très bien, ensoleillée toute la journée. 3 salles d'eau dont 2 salles de bain, bonne literie. Attention aux moustiques, très nombreux. Prévoir le nécessaire répulsif. Pour les aspects à améliorer, certains équipements ne sont pas adaptés : réfrigérateur trop petit pour une famille de 6 personnes, poêles très abimées pour certaines (téflon).Manque de rangement pour suspendre les serviettes dans les salles de bain. Malgré ces quelques aspects à améliorer, il est tout à fait possible d'y passer un bon séjour.

Tolle Auszeit - perfekt für Familiengruppen

Wir waren mit drei Familien (fünf Erwachsene, sechs Kinder) eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt herrlich abgeschieden auf einem Hügel mit tollem Ausblick – absolute Ruhe! Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig, sowohl für die Anreise als auch für Ausflüge.Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, aber gut durchdacht ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und ausreichend groß. Besonders schön ist der große Essbereich drinnen und draußen. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet, auch wenn wir unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine dabeihatten – die vorhandene Mokkakanne reicht für so viele Personen nicht aus. Grill und Pizzaofen waren kulinarische Highlights.Der Pool ist das Highlight des Hauses – deutlich größer als auf den Bildern und top gepflegt. Paolo und seine Familie kümmern sich regelmäßig darum. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge z. B. nach Pesaro, zum Naturstrand oder nach Gradara mit seiner Burg.Hinweis für Familien: Spielzeug oder Spielgeräte für Kinder gibt es nicht, wir haben alles selbst mitgebracht. Ein Hochstuhl war vorhanden.Paolo war ein hervorragender Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Bei einem medizinischen Notfall bot er sogar an, uns zum Arzt zu begleiten und beim Übersetzen zu helfen – das war außergewöhnlich.Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert für größere Familien oder Gruppen, die Natur, Ruhe und italienisches Lebensgefühl genießen wollen.

Gemütlich

Der Aufenhalt war ok, tagsüber waren wir nur unterwegs und zum Abend hin in der Unterkunft. Man kann dort gemütliche Abende verbringen, Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Ist halt alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, ansonsten war der Aufenhalt ok.

Gepflegtes Landhaus in idyllischer Region

Wir haben einen 14-tägigen Urlaub mit 2 Familien (9 Personen) dort verbracht. Das Landhaus ist im traditionellen, rustikalen Stil gut erhalten und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr ordentlich gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Der Pool wird etwa alle vier Tage von Paolo oder einem seiner Söhne gereinigt. Paolo ist jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmert sich hervorragend und schnell, wenn mal etwas kaputt gehen sollte. Gleichzeitig liefert er tolle Tipps hinsichtlich regionaler Sehenswürdigkeiten, kulinarischer Spezialitäten, (freier) Strände und Restaurants - ein sehr guter Guide für all die, die bspw. zum ersten Mal die Region besuchen. Das Haus liegt zwar nur knapp 10 km von der Küste entfernt. Um dort hin zu gelangen, ist aufgrund der Topographie jedoch ein Auto unverzichtbar - Fahrzeit ca. 20-30 min. Rennradfahrern bietet die Region mit seinen vielen und zum Teil starken Steigungen ein abwechslungsreiches Terrain. MTB-Trails sind leider rar. Das Haus verfügt im Garten über einen eingestaubten Pizzaofen und einen älteren Grill. Beides haben wir ausprobiert. Der Ofen funktioniert sehr gut und heizt bis auf +450C. Der Grill verliert leider sehr schnell an Hitze. Hier wäre eine Investition in einen neuen Grill angebracht. Das gleiche gilt für die Stühle, die teilweise ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen sind. Wer mit Mücken ein Problem hat, sollte Spray nicht vergessen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und halten das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für gerechtfertigt.

Wolf, la sua famiglia ed i suoi amici sono stati ospiti perfetti. Grande educazione, correttezza e rispetto. Particolarmente interessato a scoprire tutto quello che si può dei luoghi visitati, sia dal punto di vista della cultura, che delle usanze locali, che della cucina. Estremamente collaborativo ed attento anche alle piccole cose. Per esempio ha riparato di propria iniziativa il binario della copertura della piscina, cosa che a me era sfuggita. Hanno lasciato tutto in perfetto ordine e pulito. Se capitero' dalle sue parti non mancherò di telefonargli per fargli un saluto.

Bella casa ma con qualche pecca.

Siamo stati in questa bella Villa con piscina per 15 giorni , 5 adulti e tre ragazze. L'abitazione è confortevole con 4 stanze tutte matrimoniali + 3 letti aggiunti , sono tutte spaziose , un bel salone sfruttabile come spazio comune. Il giardino è ben tenuto e la piscina sono i due punti forti della casa. Location comoda per andare al mare sia a Pesaro(molto carina) che a Cattolica , inoltre facili da raggiungere anche Gradara e Urbino. l'unica nota negativa è un po' di mancanza di manutenzione generale nell'abitazione , con poco sforzo potrebbe davvero essere perfetta.

Nos vacances à Tavullia

Propriété conforme à la description, très propre, linge également, piscine agréable mais rebords vieillissant. Endroit calme. A 30 mn de la plage publique (en voiture). A 20 mn de Cattolica où vous trouverez des magasins et un petit supermarché dans Tavullia à 3mn (en voiture) pour le pain et autre. Enormément de moustiques tigre et autre. Malheureusement pour les 9 personnes que nous étions, il manquait tt de même : des transats, des petites cuillères, des bols,... le réfrigérateur est un peu juste, les poignées de porte étaient arrachées à l'étage, les moustiquaires abîmées et attention, si petits chiens, il y a de grands espaces sous la clôture et ils peuvent s'échapper !! Nous avons averti le propriétaire, j'espère qu'il fera le nécessaire. En résumé vacances agréables, paisible mais un peu loin de tout.

Wir haben es genossen! Wir kommen wieder!

Paolo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Er ist gut erreichbar und nimmt sich Zeit alle Fragen und Anliegen zu bedienen. Das Haus, das Schwimmbad und der Garten waren in einem sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Das Objekt ist einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus liegt 3 Autominuten entfernt von Tavullia und bietet einen herrlichen Rundumblick auf die Hügellandschaft. Wandern, Laufen oder mit dem Fahrrad - viele Wege führen direkt vom Haus weg und laden somit ein die Umgebung zu erkunden. In 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht man viele verschiedene Strände oder andere Ortschaften. Wir haben die Ruhe und Gelassenheit dieses Ortes sehr genossen und schätzen gelernt.

Vacanza in famiglia rilassante

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in famiglia in un posto confortevole e rilassante. È necessaria l'auto per visitare le cittadine limitrofe (Gradara, Urbino, Pesaro, Cattolica, San Leo,...) ma ne vale la pena. Consigliato!

Fantastico

Abbiamo conosciuto Riccardo, il fratello e il padre e sono stati tutti molto cordiali. Oltre alla cordialità erano sempre disponibili per qualunque domanda, sia riguardanti la casa e sia riguardanti posti da visitare. Posto incantevole lontano dal casino delle città, ma vicino ai luoghi da visitare. Tante spiagge a 10/20 minuti in macchina. Tutto molto comodo.

Geweldige locatie, top host en rust en kalmte

De foto's doen de locatie niet alle eer aan. In het echt is het er nog mooier dan op de foto's. Wij hebben genoten van een vakantie met 4 kinderen. Geen moeite teveel voor Paolo. Naast tips over de omgeving en restaurants kregen we het gevoel welkom te zijn! Zwembad wordt om de twee dagen onderhouden. Alles aanwezig in de woning. Ondanks dat het al om een oudere woning gaat was alles netjes en in orde! kamers zijn ruim, grote leefruimte en leuk terras. Flexibel over aankomstuur en ook met de coronacrisis werd er zeer flexibel gehandeld. Grazie Paolo per la buona accoglienza e ospitalità!

Oasi di pace

Soggiorno in relax fuori dalla confusione cittadina. Dato il periodo (Marzo) non abbiamo sfruttato le potenzialità della casa: portico, forno, piscina, ping pong ma solo la magnifica stufa a pellet. Ottima posizione per visitare entroterra e le tante opportunità culturali senza dover immergersi nel traffico. Casa perfetta per due famiglie con una stanza al piano terra e tre al piano superiore. Spazi comuni molto ampi. Comunicazione perfetta con i proprietari prima, dopo e durante il soggiorno. Consiglio visita al VR46 store situato nel paese.

Posto fantastico, proprietari molto accomodanti

Splendidi 4 giorni in una casa accogliente, pulita, ben fornita, in zona rurale e tranquilla a soli 15 minuti dal mare. La piscina è fantastica e l’acqua è calda, un posto assolutamente perfetto per famiglie. Massimo e Antonella sono due proprietari veramente simpatici e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ciliegina sulla torta: bbq e forno per la pizza con legna a disposizione. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
