Fresh, clean, modern! Great Villa in a lovely rural setting, 2 minutes drive to centre of Pula

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nicole! The furnishings and decor were great, the villa is well equipped. It’s brand new and done to a very good standard! It caters for all, even when it rained one day there was a Smart TV with Netflix so we could relax and watch a film! Sandi met us upon arrival and was very friendly and accommodating, he shared some good information on things to do and places to go. Our only disappointment was the pool wasn’t heated, with the jacuzzi jets and being a good size it would have been used more if it was warm. Otherwise fantastic, and even with the pool being cold we would go back. Thanks to Sandi and Kristina for letting us stay at your villa!

Hi Neil. Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate this and we are happy to hear that you had a nice stay at our house. As a description says, our pool is outside and it is not heated. Wather temperature depends of the weather and unfortunately this year at the end of september weather was not good. Also in description writes that we have hydromassage in pool, not jacuzzy. Sehr schönes , gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus (wie beschrieben). Gute Lage ( 1,5 km zur Einkaufs-Mall, 8 Min mit dem Auto ins Zentrum, 10 Min zum Flughafen). Netter Vermieter, sehr unkompliziert. Die bellenden Hunde der Nachbarn sind das einzige Manko.

Schöne Villa

Die Villa ist sehr schön, schöne Poolgröße, gemütliche Sitzgruppe und eine outdoor Küche mit Waschbecken und Holzkohlegrill. Für die kleinen gibt es ein Trampolin, sowie eine Schaukel. Für die Großen einen Tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Kristina und Sandi sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Übergabe und Rückgabe haben einwandfrei funktioniert. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Supermärkte wo man alles bekommt was man so brauch(Brötchen, Wurst, Milch, etc.)etwas weiter gibt es dann in Pula die großen Supermärkte und shopping Möglichkeiten. Jetzt kommt der einzigste kleine Kritikpunkt, in der Nachbarschaft gibt es Hunde, die zu jeder Tages oder Nachtzeit von sich hören lassen. Dies hat uns sowohl nachts beim Schlafen als auch Tagsüber am Pool oder abends beim gemütlichen zusammen sitzen sehr gestört. Wir haben dies mit Sandi besprochen, jedoch haben Sie keine handhabe dagegen. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Great house!

We had a wonderfull stay in Villa Nicole. The house is very spacius, with 3 big bedrooms and one small without airconditon. There is a nice open livingroom/kitchen area. There is plenty of space outside whether you enjoy sunbathing or relaxing in the shadow. It's an advantage having a car, when it makes it a lot easier to go shopping. The host gave us good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We can recommend Pizzeria Jupiter in Pula city center.

Super tolle Villa

Wir (Familie mit Freunden) waren eine Woche dort. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Die Räume sind fast alle mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet und der Pool war das Highlight für Alle. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic

We stayed with six adults and 2 children both under 3. The pictures do not to the house justice, it’s bigger than it seems. Inside was very clean and tidy. Big supermarkets are 2 minutes by car, and within 15 minutes you can be at any one of the fabulous surrounding locations. 10 minutes from the airport but not once did we hear or see a plane. The hosts where super helpful long before we even arrived and we’re on hand to help out when ever we needed. Highly recommend. Hopefully be back soon!!!

Tolle Ausstattung, komfortable, sehr freundliche Gastgeber Sandiχstina, alles top gepflegt, super Poolgröße, tolle große Zimmer, Sonne und Schatten, perfekte Lage zum Relaxen zuhause und noch für Ausflüge gegen Abend, spazieren walken durch Wald, Olivengärten, Nachbardörfer, toller Außengrill Holz+Kohle, Umgebung (Einkaufszentrum 3 Auto Minuten, Pula 10 Amphitheater, Medulin 10, Premantura Safari Bar, alles sehr nah und unkompliziert) Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit im Haus!

Die Villa war sehr schön. Wollten Ursprünglich etwas von dieser Gegend sehen, haben die Villa so gut wie nicht verlassen weil wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Ein Traum. Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett. Besser geht nicht. Für uns 5 Sterne.

Perfect villa

This villa is everything it looks like in the photos and more - Sandi and Kristina have thought of everything. Outside, the pool is a great size and warm with the sun every day, the jacuzzi bubbles and coloured pool lights make it extra special. Outdoor seating and bbq all well thought out. Inside, it is bright spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen and lovely lounge with Netflix for movies. Bathrooms and bedrooms were also great. Sandi was so helpful and friendly, the WiFi went down and he was round in 20 mins with a replacement router, much to our teenagers’ delight! It was our son’s birthday when we were there and they even dropped off a gorgeous cake with his name on, so kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay so much and we’d recommend to anyone! Local area good with lots of water parks, water sports, good food in Pula and pretty Rovinj is 30mins away.

Einfach Urlaub genießen!

Kurz zusammengefasst: Lage perfekt, die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir hatten einen tollen entspannten ruhigen Familienurlaub in Istrien. Sehr schönes Hause zum Urlaubmachen

Bovenetage nog niet af. Lijkt op de foto heel groot , maar in werkelijkheid goed voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Zeker niet voor 6 personen aan te raden

Thanks for your opinion, but when you arrived your comments were that villa looked beautiful and was designed with a very good taste. Even when you were already back home we were in contact and there was no sign of disappointment on your behalf. Most of reviews for Villa Nicole on this site, as well as other sites, have excellent rates, including those made by guests who stayed here in groups of 4 - 6. You were 2 persons and we are sorry that 130m2 was not big enough for you. :) Soon, once the 1st floor is included in our offer, there will be more rooms and more space, so hopefully we reach everyone's taste. Everything you are referring to in your review is a part of the property's description on the page - how big is each room and the fact that the 1st floor is not in use. Sorry you did not read that. We’ve really enjoyed our week here. Villa is well located, ultra modern and well equipped. Air conditioning is a must and greatly appreciated. Owners very nice / responsive / helpful. Villa Nicole war für uns perfekt. Alles genauso sauber, geschmackvoll und neu, wie auf den Fotos!

Wir haben uns dort rundherum sehr wohlgefühlt. Die geschmackvolle, gepflegte und neuwertige Einrichtung mit allem, was man sich im Urlaub nur wünschen kann, der ungestört nutzbare Pool, die gute Lage - etwas außerhalb, aber nicht zu weit zum Meer und zur Stadt mit ein paar Waldwegen in der Nähe, um den Hund ausführen zu können - und die sehr angenehmen, hilfsbereiten und unaufdringlich zuvorkommenden Vermieter bleiben uns in hervorragender Erinnerung.

Das modern und hell eingerichtete Haus entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Besonders schön ist das größere Bad, das durch das Elternschlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Der große Wohnbereich mit offener Küche bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool. Unseren Kindern gefiel es, bereits vor dem Frühstück kurz in den Pool zu hüpfen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche über, selbst ein Sandwichmaker ist vorhanden. Verschiedene Bereiche der Terrasse bieten genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden, Lesen, Chillen aber auch zum Essen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Von hier aus sind viele Ausflüge möglich. Die Vermieter - Kristina und Sandi - sind sympathisch, ausgesprochen freundlich und gut organisiert. Wir danken für den schönen Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder kommen.

Fantastisk lækker bolig

Vi har boet i en uge i dette meget lækre hus og det er absolut ikke sidste gang. Huset indeholder alt hvad man kunne ønske sig til en perfekt ferie. Pænt og rent med super lækker indretning. Det ligger i et roligt område lidt væk fra centrum, men stadig i rimelig afstand fra indkøbsmuligheder. Ejerne er så søde og gæstfrie. Vi kan absolut anbefale denne bolig og håber selv at vi får mulig for at komme tilbage til dette skønne hus.
