The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a quiet building, many businesses nearby with ample opening hours. Very well connected with the tram.

quiet, convenient, modern apartment with all the amenities

very modern apartment with comprehensive range of appliances, kitchen utensils and laundry. 5 min walk to Las Ramblas and a further 5 minutes to the pedestrian shopping area. I thoroughly enjoyed my time staying there! (Only negative is the parking is hit and miss - and don't bring a large vehicle as the road is narrow)

Good apartment for 4, great local advice

We enjoyed two nights here. Nice apartment, with modern interior and design, small balcony and good features (like laundry). Clean and cozy. Best part was the owner giving us much advice for the go’s and do’s, even called us taxi. Only recommendation would be to improve bathroom for better shower door to hold the water, tap and ventilation. All in all, would recommend this apartment. Close enough to main street and centre, and tram. Can walk to both even though not really next door.

Excellent for a couple

The flat is very modern and clean with most of the amenities you would need for a short stay. No English TV programmes but netflix is a bonus. Lots of cafes nearby and transport links are good. We had a great time.

Notre séjour fut parfait. Appartement extrêmement bien situé et meublé avec tout le nécessaire. Cler nous a indiqué tous les endroits tels boucherie avec repas préparés, patisserie, tram pour visiter les alentours, etc. Sans parler Netflix quand on veut écouter un documentaire, etc en fin de soirée. Très bon appartement en plein centre de Santa Cruz

L'accueil très chalereux, la propreté des lieux. L'appartement est petit mais extrêmement bien aménagé et très fonctionnel (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sêche-linge). Nous avons dormi à 5 (avec 3 enfants de 7, 10 et 13 ans). Un parking pour petite voiture est fourni avec la location. L'emplacement permet de tout faire à pied à Santa-Cruz, il se trouve à 5 minutes des Ramblas. Supermarché, épicerie et boulangerie tout près. Il permet de goûter à la vraie vie urbaine de Tenerife loin des agglomération toursitiques du sud de l'île. Idéal pour décovrir les randonnées d'Anaga ou du volcan. Les hôtes sont très serviables. Rien à repprocher, tout parfait. A recommander 5/5 Hasta luego ! Paul
