Rent a new 90m2 apartment with a 15m2 private terrace by the swimming pool in a private and secure complex, 2 bedrooms ideally located 100m from the Marina and an esplanade and 10 minutes' walk from the historic town center of Albufeira. Close to sandy beaches (St-Raphaël / Plage des pécheurs), bars, restaurants, supermarkets and golf course. Faro airport 40 mins.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms including a suite, cot for up to 3 years old, 2 bathrooms, 1 equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven, hob , toaster, citrus press, vacuum cleaner), iron, hair dryer, large screen TV with international channels, DVD player, sound bar, air conditioning and free WiFi. Fabulous apartment located right by the marina within walking distance to restaurants. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bedrooms and lounge and great air conditioning. The best part was having our own patio area with table, chairs and sun loungers very close to the pool. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Great communication from owner. Would definitely return and recommend.

Wonderful trip

A lovely quiet relaxing complex and the apartment was pristine and fully equipped. Walkable distance to the Marina with a good selection of restaurants and bars. The local bus is only minutes away from the apartment which meant it was easy to get to old town and new town. Taxis were cheap too, if preferred. Would definitely recommend it for a quiet break away.

Perfect stay

Had a great week staying here, easy access to everything. About 20min walk to the beach, 10mims to Marina. Bus stop 5mins takes you to Lidl and Aldi to stock up on food. Bus takes cash only single fare around €1.50. Lovely clean apartment. Quiet location. Will be coming back with the kids next time as also few things for them to do locally at the marina.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property is perfect. In a quiet area close to everything. A beautiful outdoor space both in front of condo for morning sun and back patio for afternoon sun. A 20-30 min walk to old town depending on walking pace and where in town. Really responsive host and property manager. Only observation, maybe some new towels and a sharpe cutting knife. We would definitely stay again. I couldn’t imagine finding a more ideal space and location!

Great property for a family vacations

I've found this property by chance and went without knowing what I would be finding. The apartment was really great, very well decorated (one of the best I found until now) and it's location is great (calm, close to Albufeira Marina for a after dinner walk, easily accessible by car and close to city center). Also, as it ouse a ground floor apartment, it was close the the pool, something that my kids really appreciated! I will for sure try to rent this in the future!

March getaway

The property was stunning, clean and swish. However, the internet didn’t work for the whole week and there was no hand soap. Apart from those small issues it didn’t put us off and we would definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment, set in a peaceful location yet the marina is within 5 minutes walk to a great selection of restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't very clean, lots of mould in both of the bathrooms. Stains on the bedding and towels in need of replacement this was such a shame as the apartment furniture and decor is beautiful. Lovely south facing terrace over looking the pool.

Beautiful apartment. Location is about 7 min walk to marina, plenty of bars and restaurants. You can walk to old town if you don't mind hills, but we used bolt. 8-10 euros. Pool was great. Only improvements would be that there was very little toilet roll and no water and shops where closed. A map of local area would also be if benefit. All in all a great stay and we will be re-booking.

Spacious, clean apartment

The apartment was a great size and clean throughout. Comfy beds and sofa with sun loungers and ground floor access straight to the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and 2 bathrooms (shower in each) was great too. We were met on arrival and given 2 sets of keys and a quick tour of the apartment, how to work the shutters, WiFi etc. We left to enjoy the holiday after that. Only issue was the pool rules - no balls or inflatables were allowed in the larger pool, although they were in the smaller pool.

Beautiful grounds with loads of space , lovely play area for kids. not overcrowded, plenty of sun loungers by the pool plus there is also ones at apt. 5 min walk to marina with several restaurants & small spar shops that has basics essentials. There is also a smaller shop/bakery on street b4 marina . 5 min taxi journey into old town for larger selection of shops or restaurants. We used Uber app ,cost bout €5, or you cud walk.

Harbour stay at Albufeira

We stayed in this 2 bedroom place for the month on February. We absolutely cannot say anything bad about the place or the way we treated. The keys were brought to us within 5 minutes of arriving at the gate. We were given a tour of the apartment and all questions were answered. The unit is fully appointed it was like living at home. Very comfortable. Very safe and extremely quiet. The area is very well situated. 3km walk into the old town centre right along the ocean. Nice daily exercise. There is every convenience very close by from bakeries, grocery store, pharmacy to very restaurants. We hope to go back again!!! Highly recommended the unit and the management of the unit!!!

Property 'Q' suffers from 1990s styling with light oak dooors and frames, complementary wall colours and furniture which is all straight lines. The kitchen looked more like 1980s with an old gas burner hob arrangement, a fridge door which opens into the space you are using and poor, elderly utensils. However, there is plenty of parking, the location is semi-central and the pools area is spacious.

Not one complaint about apartment itself. In one word: Perfect. All amenities you could ever want. Very comfortably furnished. Communication with owner: excellent. Communication with local manager: poor. Manager did not respond to multiple txt msgs. Also hard to reach by phone, Had to wait 20 min. for him to arrive at apartment to give us access.. Only one set of keys provided: ridiculous for apt that can house up to 6 guests. Manager denied request for a second set. Owner agreed to second set but it was never provided before our departure. Our group did not always come and go together.....key issue was very inconvenient,

The apartment was excellent. Beautifully furnished and in top condition. Ground floor, which was great pool access for our 13 and 11 year old who were fit to come and go as they pleased. Comfortable beds, fans that quickly and quietly adjusted the room temperature. A quiet gated area. My kids often had the pool to themselves (early August). Clientele seemed to be mostly families; predominantly French, one German and a couple of Irish families. Three minutes walk from the marina, offering lovely bars, restaurants, souvenir shops. There's even a free-fall jump and a trampoline pitch for the little ones. Halfway there are shops, taxis, a hairdresser and even a podiatrist for those whose winter feet have not been primed for summer! It's a short €5 taxi ride to the Old Town for those unable or unwilling to walk it (lovely coastal walk but 'hilly'). Our only issue was accessing the wifi connection,however I believe it was an O2 network issue as our 'neighbour' was able to get access immediately. I would definitely recommend this apartment. They set a high bar.

Apartment was very spacious & very well equipped. Kitchen contained; dishwasher & washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, plus a large fridge freezer. Lounge had 6 seater dining table plus sofa & 50” TV with Netflix. Individual Air-con in each room, lounge, bedrooms etc. 2 bathrooms, one with shower over bath and one with shower cubicle. Set in a very clean and well maintained gated complex with security staff monitoring the pool area. 2 Loungers we’re available with the apartment and a 6 seater outdoor patio table set. Additional loungers were available on first come first served basis around the pool. Security ensured that these were not hogged by towels & unused, No issues getting additional ones. Plus there were lots of green grass areas around the pool, to lay towels on. Larger pool for swimming and play plus a smaller baby pool. Note airbeds and balls not allowed in the large pool. Great location for the Marina which has shops, chemist, hair salons and bars & restaurants etc. Some great outdoor electric play items for younger kids as well so plenty to do on the doorstep. Taxi rank / Tuk-Tuk’s also located at Marina so easy access to transport if you don’t want to walk. Great views of the Marina and Beach were all part of the walk though. It’s an easy walk into the old town if you want it a bit more livelier. Ideal location if you want the best of both worlds. Quieter Marina with easy access to the busier Old Town.
