Independant cottage in bricks and flints of 40 m2 for 2/3 people. Fully renovated in a seaside atmosphere. 2 private terraces (facing south and north west). Located on 1500 m2 enclosed grounds on the premises of the owner. Very confortable. Tastefully decorated.

Great little home in Octeville-sur Mer

Excellent and charming holiday home in beautiful Normandy. Very comfortable, well kept and very clean house. Very well equipped kitchen, all mod cons, lovely bed and the living room/kitchen is very efficiently and tastefully decorated and arranged. Marylin is the perfect host, very friendly, and she and her husband gave us some useful information and tips for trips. Easy to communicate with, be it in French, English or German. Octeville Central is nearby (2 km) for fresh croissants, a pizza and a small but excellent restaurant. From Octeville you can make some interesting trips to Le Havre, Honfleur and various beaches along the cost. Perfect for cycling trips. All in all: we'd highly recommend this little gem!

Der Aufenthalt in Okteville sur Mer war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Angefangen von einem herzlichen Empfang, über ein sehr persönlich und sehr gut ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen. Alles war sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Erholung pur in einem charmanten Ferienhaus!

Wir haben kürzlich eine wunderbare Woche in diesem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienhaus in der Normandie verbracht und können diesen Ort uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen. Ihre Freundlichkeit und diskrete Aufmerksamkeit zogen sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt – wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tadellose Sauberkeit des gesamten Hauses. Auch die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit allem, was man für die Selbstversorgung benötigt, und bietet genügend Platz, um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu genießen.Die Lage des Ferienhauses erwies sich als idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere Unternehmungen. Vielleicht noch ein nützlicher Tipp für diejenigen, die Sorge haben, dass ihr etwas eingerostetes Schulfranzösisch für eine Konversation nicht ausreicht: Die Gastgeberin spricht fließend Deutsch.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes und gut ausgestattetes Häuschen. Wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Richtung Le Havre, Honfleur, Etretat usw. Der nächste Strand ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Een verbouwde stal/schuur. Met alle belangrijke details behouden. Het is niet groot, maar met z'n 2en prima. Mooie badkamer, prima slaapkamer, en prettige huiskamer/keuken.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in herrlicher Umgebung!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld unserer Reise war sehr gut. Wir wurden am Tag der Anreise sehr freundlich von Marylins Mutter empfangen. Marylins Mutter hat uns sehr umfassend und gut vorbereitet in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles Vorhanden was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Für unsere Fahrräder gab es einen separaten, geschützten und großzügigen Abstellplatz. Das großzügige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich und nah am Meer. Zur Boulangerie, Boucherie und Marche in Octeville-sur-Mer sind es 1,5km. Es ist eine sehr natürliche und herrliche Gegend, die man gut zu Fuß und dem Fahrrad erkunden kann. Die schöne Natur und die freundlichen Menschen haben es uns angetan. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Normandie, für die Gastfreundschaft möchten wir uns bei Familie Bässler auf diesem Weg bedanken!Margarethe und Klaus

Ferienhaus mit liebevollen Details in ruhiger Lage.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und deutschsprachig. Wir haben das Ferienhaus als Gäste zu zweit genutzt. Es ist mit vielen liebevollen Details komplett ausgestattet und angenehm hochwertig hergerichtet. Zum Beispiel sind vorhanden Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Filter-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, komplettes Topfset und Grill-Mikrowelle. An allen Fenstern, der Tür und rings um die Kinder-Schlaf-Couch gibt es Vorhänge, es gibt genug Kleiderhaken. Im Schlafzimmer fallen das komfortable große Bett mit durchgehender Matraze, der schöne Lichteinfall und der große Kleiderschrank mit vielen Fächern auf. Der Hauseingang ist von hinten, dort sitzt man abends sehr gut. Frühstück bei Sonnenschein ist möglich in der zum Hauseigentümer hin blickdichten Sitzecke.

Das war sehr schön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen: Ruhig gelegen, nettes Dorf 2 km entfernt - nicht nur fürs morgendliche Baguette. Ausgebautes altes Gebäude stilsicher eingerichtet, Küche gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert bestens. Freundliche Gastgeber, die entgegenkommend auch sehr gut Deutsch parlieren. Ein Tipp: bei kalten Tagen Wollsocken für den gefliesten Boden einpacken. Wir würden dort wieder hinfahren. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumhafte Ferienunterkunft zwischen Le Havre und Étretat

Absolut ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus in einem herrlichen Garten und drei wunderschönen Außensitzgelegenheiten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Innere des kleinen Ferienhauses ist optimal aufgeteilt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Radweg zwischen Étretat und Le Havre führt 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt vorbei. Im nahegelegenen Octeville finden sich zwei Bäcker, kleinere Geschäfte und sonntags ein Markt.

Sehr erholsam!

Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Regenwetter konnte unsere gute Laune nicht verderben. Mit der passenden Regenkleidung haben wir Regen und Sturm getrotzt, sind gewandert, haben schöne Ausflüge gemacht und tolle Restaurants getestet:) Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, geschmackvoll … einfach zum Wohlfühlen… von der ersten Sekunde an!

Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, es wurde uns das Haus und die beiden (!!!) Terrassen gezeigt, ebenso die Unterstellmöglichkeiten für unsere Fahrräder. Ein Idyll nicht weit entfernt von der Hafenstadt Le Havre, die uns ebenfalls positiv überrascht hat. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und kurzweilige Woche in Octeville-sur-Mer! Vielen lieben Dank. gemütlich und erholsam

Das Häuschen ist hübsch und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Am Rand des Dorfs gelegen, ist man schnell in den Feldern oder an der Steilküste, mit dem Auto in Le Havre oder Étretat. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit, gleichzeitig hat man viel Privatsphäre. Sehr empfehlenswert.
