Wonderful

Franco was over the top! I had a couple questions on how work things and he replied immediately even came over to show me. There was warm pizza and wine on our arrival.We stayed for a week but there was enough to start up for a longer stay. I would DEFINITELY come here again. Oh, and the location is so perfect 😊

Clean ,quiet, beautiful

Owner and wife met me at the property with information and property instructions. Gave me books on the different appliances and on all the restaurants and shops and sites in the area and the historic center. They had a bottle of water and one of wine in the refrigerator. Very welcoming. I will stay here again.

A great long term stay

I lived in Rome for 2 months and this was a great place to stay. My flight arrived in the morning and Franco made an effort to have the apartment cleaned and ready for me to move in early. He and his wife met me at the property and gave me a quick orientation. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has everything you will need. It's quiet and has reliable wifi. It's a safe area with a lot of local restaurants, a market, grocery stores and shops. The location makes it easy to access the metro and tourist sites - without being caught up in the middle of heavily crowded tourist areas. Franco was a great, responsive host and I would definitely stay here again.

I did lot of jobs in my life: postman, kindergarten teacher, natural food cook, porter...
I like simple and fine things, music, human contact and my city, but I feel also nostalgia of the mountains of Friuli from my childhood.
Now the sons are grown and have boyfriends who think them, and I take care of my guests in Rome.
