The Mouzinho 134 building is located in the historical centre of Oporto, in the heart of an UNESCO World Heritage Centre.

Due to its excellent location it has great accessibility, only you won't have difficulty strolling around the city.

Just a 5 minute walk away, you can find São Bento's train station, a taxi square and the subway station (São Bento – yellow line).

At the same distance you can find Oporto's City centre, the most vibrant place in the city.
There you can find countless shops that offer anything from traditional commerce to international brands and several art galleries exhibiting the works of some of the best Portuguese artists.

In Rua das Flores and Rua Trindade Coelho you can also find many jewellery shops. In the same building as your apartment you'll find a handicraft shop with the typical products from northern Portugal.

There is a wide range of places to grab a snack in the middle of the day. We recommend Ateneia, Leitaria da Quinta do Paço and Majestic.

If you're looking for nightlife, Galerias de Paris Street is a well-known place where you can find some of the hottest spots in the city.

For lunch or dinner you can find a great offer that goes from the charming and family owned Infante Restaurant (3 min walk towards the river) to the trendy and michelin star awarded DOC.

Leaving from Mouzinho 134 on foot, there are several monuments to visit such as Palácio da Bolsa, S. Francisco Church or Clérigos Tower, all of them less than 15 minutes away, through the most distinctive and beautiful streets of Oporto.

If you continue towards Douro River, you'll come to the Ribeira area, and crossing the gorgeous D. Luiz Bridge you'll find the Porto Wine Cellars, where wine tasting and tours are available.

By train you can easily reach the beaches of Miramar (with a golf course), Aguda (small fishing harbour), Granja (with its sea water pool) and Espinho (with a casino, golf course and a large local fair on Mondays).

Going and Coming

From the airport:
The best and cheapest way to get to the apartment from the airport is by metro. After that you leave São Bento Metro Station and look for Rua Mouzinho da Silveira (a large avenue descending towards the river). Go through Rua Mouzinho da Silveira and after approx. 350 metres you should find the door number 134 (on your left hand side). It should take you about 45 min to do this journey.
You can also take an Uber.

From the train
If come by train from Lisbon your exit station will be at Porto - Campanhã. Still inside the station, please look for the train that goes to São Bento. Take that train (no need to buy another ticket, the one you already have is still valid) and exit at São Bento. After that you leave São Bento Train Station and look for Rua Mouzinho da Silveira (a large avenue descending towards the river). Go through Rua Mouzinho da Silveira and after approx. 350 metres you should find the door number 134 (on your left hand side).
